We found that mice transferred with SMtg cKO cells showed a trend toward benefit, as more mice had viral loads below the limit of detection at later time points compared with mice transferred with SMtg WT cells ( Supplementary Figure S2C , bottom row).
Excerpts
We found a statistical trend with worse survival for patients with higher LDH levels (HR: 1.74, 95% CI: 0.96-3.13).
Patients in the IMPC group also showed a trend of high Ki-67 index and younger age, although the differences showed no significance ( Table 1 ).
In line with previous results for MHC class II, a highly significant performance increase was observed for the model including context across all metrics (p<2.4·10– 12 in all cases, paired t-tests, see Supplementary Figure S17 ).
Thus, its administration in the perioperative period may be significant ( 1 ).
Changes in M-MDSC proportion (p = 0.061) and TSH (p = 0.078) showed borderline significance ( Table 4 ).
Notably, no significant differences were detected in protein levels of PPARγ and SREBP1 in the in vivo and in vitro models, although a decreasing trend in SREBP1 protein levels was noted in LsEVs-treated mice ( Figures 6b, c ). 3.6 LsEVs alleviate MAFLD by protecting gut barrier integrity Research has shown that the functionality of the intestinal barrier is impaired in both mice and individuals suffering from fatty liver disease.
Figure 9C illustrates the dynamics of the B-cell population, exhibiting an increasing trend in memory B cells and a shift in isotype expression from IgM to IgG, which further validates class switching and the generation of long-lasting humoral memory.
We observed three nominally significant differences in the frequency of three V-genes: TRAV23/DV6 , TRAV4 , and TRAV6 ( Figure 4A ).
P-values were considered significant if ≤ 0.05 while p-values between 0.05 – 0.099 were considered borderline significant.

Conclusion Compared with HAIT alone, HAIT-M-P was associated with improved PFS and tumor response rates, and showed a possible trend toward improved OS in patients with locally aggressive erHCC, which warrants further validation.
In contrast, women and patients with pre-existing immune-mediated diseases showed a trend towards lower pre-ICI IL-6 levels ( Supplementary Table S1 ).
One distinctive observation in our study is the long-term persistence of anti-RBD IgG levels in NHP sera after IM (but not IN) vaccination, while in humans, vaccine-induced antigen-binding antibodies generally show a decreasing trend over time ( 7 ).
The Th17 cells showed a trend of being higher in the PRE group than in the control group, but the difference was not significant.
Subsequent survival analysis of these eight highly significant genes revealed that four genes, TIMM10B, GRAP, TNFRSF13C, and RASGRP4, were significantly associated with survival outcomes (p<0.05) ( Figures 2D–G ).
In addition, the co-culture of CD8 + T and NK cells showed a trend of decreased surface expression of NKG2D ligands, specifically MULT-1 and H60 on gated CD8 + T or NK cells ( Supplementary Figure S10 , Supplementary Table S6 ).
However, the gene expressions on the fallopian tube (P = 1.24E-02), uterus (P = 3.63E-02), and endocervix (P = 5.79E-02) were marginally significant after Bonferroni correction ( Supplementary Table S10b ).
Supplementary Tables S5A–E contain the distribution of posterior probabilities (PPs) corresponding to these 5 genomic regions and Supplementary Tables S6A–E contain the marginal significance estimates for each annotation, overall likelihood ratio test (LRT) estimate and corresponding P-value contributing to posterior probabilities of SNPs within the 5 regions.
The constructed network comprised 10 nodes and 69 edges, with a highly significant PPI enrichment p-value (< 1.0e−16), indicating non-random, biologically meaningful interactions among the selected genes.
While most severe COVID-19 patients showed a trend toward normalization of PTX-3 levels at 10 months post-infection, a substantial subset still presented with serum concentrations exceeding 5000 pg/ml ( Figure 3 ).
We selected and monitored the gene set associated with the pro-inflammatory effects in M1 macrophages, observing that the inflammatory genes exhibited an increasing trend during the early post-transplantation period ( Figure 2E ).In contrast, maximal T cell infiltration occurred at POD7.
Although not statistically significant, SSG-NIV treatment also showed a trend for elevated levels of IL-12p70 and IL-4, two other protective cytokines in VL ( Figures 2B, C ).
Subgroup analyses indicated that patients with high tumor burden (MRD ≥ 10 -2 ) in the non-transplant group showed a trend toward reduced OS and LFS, though statistical significance was not reached, likely due to limited sample size ( Supplementary Figure S1 ).
Compared to controls, mice in the low-dose DNCB group showed a trend toward reduced diversity.

PCA showed a clear trend of segregation between the AD and control groups ( Figure 6 ), indicating significant differences in overall dietary patterns between the two groups.
