As shown in Supplementary Figure 2 , high scores for cluster_2 and cluster_3 were significantly associated with poorer survival outcomes (p < 0.001 and p = 0.005, respectively), while cluster_0 also demonstrated an unfavorable trend (p = 0.0031), highlighting their potential prognostic relevance. 3.4 Reconstruction of malignant epithelial cell differentiation trajectory To further investigate the transcriptional heterogeneity and differentiation dynamics of malignant epithelial cells, a pseudotime trajectory analysis was conducted.

Compared to the 1.041 HR value in the adult cohort, the 1.092 HR value for the influence of PIRCHE-II score was also more than twice as high in the pediatric cohort; however, most probably due to the low number of cases, the result did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.004 and 0.18, respectively).
In line with this suggestive association result, the comparison of medieval cases with modern individuals yielded a frequency difference that was highly significant (10.2%; p = 0.005 , OR = 3.61) ( Table S1 ).

Conversely, HT pregnant women treated for 30 days with ferrous sulfate (Arm D) showed a trend ( p > 0.005), yet not significant, toward an increase of RBCs (from 3,650 ± 163 × 10 3 to 3,960 ± 230 × 10 3 ) and Hb (from 10.8 ± 0.8 to 11.3 ± 1.1 g/dl).
Of note, we observed a significant trend toward normalization of the B-cell compartment with significant increases in (i) the percentages of CD19 + CD27 + memory B-cells ( p = 0.005) and of non-class-switched memory B-cells ( p = 0.030) and (ii) class-switched memory B-cells (absolute count and percentage, p < 0.0001) in resolved cGVHD.
Highly significant ( p < 0.005) associations occurred between antibody responses and MHC-I_10, and a significant association ( p < 0.05) was identified for MHC-I_02 and MHC-I_08 (Table 5 ).
Here, we demonstrate that a single subcutaneous injection of Syrian hamsters with 200 μg active papain, 1 h before percutaneous exposure to 150 cercariae of Schistosoma haematobium , led to highly significant ( P < 0.005) reduction of >50% in worm burden and worm egg counts in intestine.
The correlation between the assays in prepandemic samples was also highly significant ( p = 0.005) whereas it did not reach statistical significance in the pandemic samples.
Correlation between XCL1 expression and the presence of CD8+ DCs was also highly significant (p = 0.0055, R2 = 0.443) ( Figure 3E ).
IDO-1 positivity in immune cells was found to be significantly associated with OS in the univariate setting and was borderline significant in the multivariable model [P-value = 0.006 and 0.053; HR: 0.798 (95% CI: 0.635-1.003)].
borderline significanceP = 0.006
CERAD Delayed Recall maintained borderline significance across models (Model 1: +0.45, P = 0.006; Model 2: +0.41, P = 0.017; Model 3: +0.37, P = 0.035).
In MS patients, none of these correlations survived the FDR correction, but butyrate and valerate concentrations showed nominally significant positive correlations with TNF (rho=0.374, p=0.006 and rho=0.370, p=0.006, respectively).
The differences, in terms of cytokine amount, observed between swab positive and negative subjects in our cohort are highly significant (at least p=0.007) for certain immune factors (IFN-α, IL-1ra, IP-10, IL-9 and MIP-1β).
Comparing the groups, we observe significant or marginally significant differences for the AP metabolites: C3 ( p = 0.007), properdin ( p = 0.016), FB ( p = 0.084), C5 ( p = 0.057), and FH ( p < 0.001).
We observed an increasing trend in the expression of miR-146b-5p over time, with levels in the D4-7 group significantly higher than those in the D1-3 group ( p = 0.0073), the expression in the D13-21 group was greater than that in the D4-7 group ( p = 0.0200).

TKM-011-treated mice also showed a trend toward decreased CD5 + CD19 + B cells in the liver and spleen (0.8471 ± 0.5212 vs. 1.853 ± 0.8007 × 10 4 /g liver, p = 0.0074; 1.204 ± 0.6144 vs. 2.102 ± 0.8967 × 10 7 /g spleen, p = 0.0431), although this did not achieve statistical significance for CD5 − CD19 + B cells (1.509 ± 0.9114 vs. 3.286 ± 2.396 × 10 5 /g liver, p = 0.0553: 1.354 ± 1.001 vs. 2.057 ± 1.188 × 10 8 /g spleen, p = 0.0878).

However, a similar association with changes in CSF anti-IgLON5 IgG4 was highly significant ( p = 0.008, Figure 4C , right panel), confirming CSF anti-IgLON5 IgG as the major influence on zQ IgLON5-IgG4 .
