This date was considered optimal because the parameters of ripeness, both technological and phenolic, remained practically constant when compared with the values found the previous week and because, although not significant, even a negative trend was sensed in the phenolic parameters ( Table 1 ).
The significance test value was F = 124999.81, the remaining standard deviation S value was 0.0005, and the significance level was p = 0.0021 < 0.01, so the regression equation reached an extremely significant level, indicating that the reliability of the equation was high.
Figure 5 a–c show an increasing trend in the maximum shear force of the dried noodles while they undergo the drying process, suggesting an improvement in their hardness and mechanical strength.
TVB-N value of beef liver paste showed an increasing trend with storage time, which could be attributed to the increase in alkaline nitrogenous substances produced by the decomposition of proteins in beef liver paste under the action of enzymes and bacteria [ 32 ].
Drying Characteristics As shown in Figure 2 A, the increase in drying temperature resulted in a shorter drying time, and a decreasing trend in the dry basis moisture content of Areca taro was observed during the drying process.
From Figure 2 a, it can be seen that with the increase in potato starch addition, the hardness and gumminess of beef liver paste increased significantly ( p < 0.05), and the sensory score showed a trend of ascending and then descending, reaching the maximum value of potato starch addition of 6%.
At the same time, in the active MA packages, the least perforated packages (zero or one micro-hole) showed a trend toward somewhat higher ethanol levels.
In addition, sustainable packaging will continue to be a significant trend, and films made from biological sources can contribute to eco-friendly packaging solutions by reducing the need for traditional plastic packaging.
The pH values ( Figure 1 A,B) decreased with storage time, accompanied by an increase in titratable acidity over time in all yoghurts ( Figure 1 C,D), which is an expected trend in fermented dairy products.
umbilicalis revealed that there were no significant differences among both the MAP and VAC treatments and CTRL—only on day 6 did the medians differ in relation to day 0, despite two-way aligned rank transformation ANOVA showing only marginal significance for the days (Pr(>F) = 0.096001).
[ 79 ], aiming to investigate the changes in VOCs in Ulva rigida during a 12-day storage period at 4 °C or 16 °C, it was observed that 1-octen-3-ol increased throughout the storage period, while 2,4-heptadienal initially exhibited an increase but subsequently showed a decreasing trend towards the end of the storage period, which is also consistent with our findings.
It is noteworthy in this cross-cultural study that highly significant differences are found in all statements regarding perception and habits regarding sustainable food purchasing across countries.
In the case of the Vis-NIR, the PCA model yielded a slight trend in groupings based on the color changes in the bread samples possessing different flour compositions.
Conversely, for viscera samples, the order of toxic metal concentration was As > Hg > Cd > Pb, with a decreasing trend, and with the side stream having the highest Cd concentration (1.2–1.3 μg/L).
