While one study reported poor OS and progression-free survival in RHOA G17V -mutated AITL [ 38 ], another study revealed that RHOA mutation-negative cases had shorter relapse-free survival and showed a trend towards shorter overall survival [ 39 ].
Excerpts
a positive trendgold
Overall, the included studies showed a positive trend of these interventions on cognitive outcomes.
The survival curves for the different disease stages (stage I/II/III compared to stage IV) showed a trend toward inferior OS for stage IV disease ( Supplementary Figure S2G,H ), as expected.
In this study, the cohort RRs for occupational carcinogens that are associated with lung cancer mortality/DALYs showed an increasing trend for those cohorts born before 1950.
DNA Promoter Methylation Was Responsible for the Downregulation of FAM107A Expression According to the analysis of the Smartapp database, multiple probes in the FAM107A promoter region showed higher β values in PCa tissues than in normal tissues and a decreasing trend of FAM107A expression with increasing β values ( Figure 3 A).
In our results, all textural features that were significant predictors for RFS on the multivariate analysis showed correlations with CD8 T lymphocyte infiltration with statistical significance or a marginally significant level, showing increased maximum SUV and intra-tumoral metabolic heterogeneity in patients with increased CD8 T lymphocyte infiltration.
17; p = 0.032), with a nonsignificant trend in the GEM subgroup as well ( n = 4 vs. 3).
a slight trendgold
[ 15 ], a slight trend towards a better five-year DFS for S-1 was observed (HR =1.05, 95% CI 0.88–1.26).
[ 16 ], S-1 chemotherapy showed a trend toward a better five-year DFS in stage II (HR 1.85, 95% CI 0.69–4.92); however, there was no difference in the five-year DFS between the two regimens in stage III (HR 0.94, 95% CI 0.66–1.34).
Furthermore, we show that there is an increasing trend in q 2 ratio over each treatment interval (see supplementary Figure S8 ).
In fact, mitochondrial respiration-derived ATP showed a marginally significant increase in U87 cells upon the introduction of 5-ALA (~100 pmol/min) and in M059K cells upon introduction of TART (~75 pmol/min).
With regard to ERC-guided procedures, we observed a significant decrease in the number of PDT cases, while RFA, which was coded for the first time in Germany in 2014, showed an increasing trend ( Figure 4 B).
Here, we found that tumors with higher expression of CD155 were moderately differentiated and patients with CD155-expressing HCC showed a trend toward longer overall survival compared with those with no CD155 expression, akin to previous findings [ 26 , 27 ].
a positive trendgold
The expression of CD155 in HCC showed a positive trend toward better overall survival.
Regarding survival, a favorable trend was found for the experimental arm; however, with a median follow-up of 20.6 months, the EFS outcomes were still immature (HR 0.76; 95% CI, 0.40 to 1.44) [ 63 ]. 3.3.
In contrast, treatment with the lower chemerin concentration (100 ng/mL) did not show significant changes in OVCAR-3 cell numbers but did show an increasing trend.
a clear trendgold
Concordant with CIBERSORT, not all STS tumors show low infiltration, but there is a clear trend indicating that T FH cells are more frequently found in the LTS samples ( Figure 1 G). 3.3.
showed that in children <15 years old, EBV positivity was associated with longer survival, but this was only of borderline significance [ 46 ].
A multivariate Cox regression identified high TROP2 expression together with lymph node metastases and an age older than 75 years as an independent negative prognostic factor for poor CSS, whereas CK7 reached borderline significance ( Figure 2 D). 3.3.
TNM stage was barely significant in predicting survival in OPSCC at the cancer-specific level ( Table 6 ), and the N stage remained insignificant.
Therefore, it plays a crucial role in the formation of new blood and lymphatic vessels, which may be significant in the process of metastasis.
Furthermore, the results from national registries in Denmark showed a trend that the long-term use (≥5 years) of low-dose ASA slightly reduces the overall risk of glioma compared to patients receiving the medication for less than 5 years [ 52 ].
The probability of p < 0.05 was considered significant, and the probability of p < 0.01 was considered highly significant. 3.
Of the 23 genes that were identified, only HLA g was found to be at least nominally significant in TCGA-EOCRC and FAP colon organoids, but not TCGA-60+.
A nearly significant trend suggested that these patients had a lower rate of recurrence and more prolonged overall, relapse-free, and metastasis-free survival [ 59 ].
