A comparison between the immunohistochemical factors studied ( Table 3 , χ 2 test confirmed by Fisher’s exact test) showed a positive correlation between CD8 and CD20 cells ( p = 0.01) and a strong trend ( p = 0.05) for positive CD8 and CD163 correlation.

However, there was a clear trend towards significance between OS and MSI status in IHC (HR= 2.11 (1.00–4.45), p = 0.05).
