The reported incidence of BM shows an increasing trend, which can be the consequence of improved therapeutic options, leading to increased survival among patients diagnosed with primary tumors, as well as the wider adoption of advanced imaging diagnostic technologies, which have enabled the early identification of BM [ 4 ].
Excerpts
The data indicated a significant trend toward the use of generative algorithms, which were employed by several studies [ 19 , 33 , 57 ] for data augmentation.
Radiotherapy showed a trend towards reduced risk but did not reach statistical significance (OR = 0.49, 95% CI: 0.21–1.13, p = 0.094).
Overall, conclusions of the study do not associate tea consumption to colorectal cancer risk reduction for both genders combined, though a marginally significant inverse association may exist in women.
Although the disparity in mortality may be reflected by disparities in access to care, genetics and the differential mutational burden of PCa-related genes may be significant contributing factors [ 29 ].
While not statistically significant, increasing quartiles of methylation levels showed a trend of increased risk.
Disease-Free Survival According to the Beppu and RAS-Beppu Classifications The DFS curves of the three risk groups based on the Beppu and RAS -Beppu classifications were clearly separated, and there was a significant trend for shorter DFS as the risk increased ( Figure 2 ).
a positive trendgold
A phase II clinical trial testing GI-4000 against KRAS G12C/D/V in lung carcinoma showed that 50% of patients showed an immune response to mutant KRAS G12C/D/V , and overall survival showed a positive trend [ 118 ].
In a subset analysis, the omission of radiotherapy remained highly significant only in the ≥70 age group (Supplementary tables) .
Also, with the marginal significance of chemotherapy benefits among patients with <5 cm tumor size (HR:0.30; 95% CI: 0.08, 1.13) ( Supplementary Table S2 ), future studies with larger sample size should evaluate the effect of chemotherapy in relation to tumor size less than 5 cm in detail.
A highly significant PPI enrichment p -value (<1.0 × 10 −16 ) was observed, indicating strong interactions among the proteins.
Western Sub-Saharan Africa also showed a smaller positive EAPC of 0.28%, reflecting an increasing trend in mortality over the three decades ( Figure 2 B).
near-significantgold
However, in addition to the infants below one year of age, the initiation of SAT at the age of >1–≤2 yr was found to be a dependent risk factor ( p < 0.01) and a near-significant independent risk factor ( p = 0.09/0.10) for progression after 3 and 5 years.
a positive trendgold
Overall survival was a secondary endpoint, and data are not mature yet; however, a second interim analysis has been recently presented, showing a positive trend towards a median OS benefit in favor of the combination compared with osimertinib alone in the Asian cohort of the trial (40.5 versus 38.7 months) [ 28 ].
The Hosmer and Lemeshow goodness of fit had a marginally significant p -value of 0.032 due to the large sample size, but the calibration of the model did not show evidence of a lack of calibration ( Supplementary Figure S1.2 ).
S and showing an increasing trend in incidence rates.
This warty subtype showed a trend toward better outcomes.
Furthermore, patients with a 68 Ga-Pentixafor SUVmax of ≥6.9 showed a trend toward shorter survival, as demonstrated on the Kaplan–Meier curves ( Figure 7 ), even though statistical significance was not reached ( p = 0.18). 3.7.
a clear trendgold
While a clear trend was observed with stimulation, the increase in LNCaP cells was not significant.
The American Cancer Society reports an increasing trend of incidence of 1% and a relative mortality rate of 2% per year for HPV-related oral cancers confined to the tongue, tonsils, and oropharynx, indicating a possible 20% increase in new HNC cases by 2030 [ 5 , 6 ].
Patients with pathogenic germline variants showed a trend toward longer PFS and OS, although this was not statistically significant ( Supplementary Figure S4 ).
The DOS regimen demonstrated better pathological response and showed a trend toward longer 3-year progression-free survival and 3-year overall survival, with a comparable safety profile to the SOX regimen [ 61 ].
Kendall’s W concordance coefficient exceeded 0.85 for all measures, with corresponding p -values below 1 × 10 −12 , indicating highly significant agreement.
crizotinib) and in DoR (entrectinib only, due to non-reporting for crizotinib) showed a trend toward more favorable outcomes with repotrectinib.
With respect to pre- and post-GVHD onset differences, the number of datapoints was not sufficient for a statistical trend analysis.
