There is an increasing trend in the median DSC when switching from general intersection, to general majority to general union voting.

The majority of the subjects have displayed detectable peripheral responses against E6 and/or E7 oncoprotein after treatment, and an overall trend towards decreased circulating regulatory T cells (T regs ).

Most of the highly significant gene changes seen at 10 days in both groups did not persist after 14 days of holiday from palbociclib or after 14 days of continued AP after palbociclib + AP treatment, though many genes were dysregulated in the Residual Effect cohort with large-magnitude fold-change values, albeit to lesser degrees of statistical significance ( Figure 2 B).

We did not identify a positive trend for the accumulation of such variants among MMS patients, since only 15% of them were carriers of putatively damaging RNF213 variants, localized to the N-terminal region with a frequency similar to that found in the Biogear dataset (11%; p = 0.58).

Compared to developed countries, there is a higher breast cancer incidence rate among young women from low- and middle-income countries (LMIC), while the incidence rates show an increasing trend in LMICs.

The distribution of CD8 + T cells and neutrophils in CIITA SCNAs was associated with a highly significant arm-level gain, while that of the dendritic cells showed a lower significance.

CTX-1 levels were significantly increased, while PINP levels showed a trend of decreasing compared to baseline levels before ICI initiation.

Moreover, a favorable trend in survival was observed in all patient regardless of molecular subtype (dMMR/MSI-H and pMMR/MSS).

The data that emerged from multivariate analysis suggest that high systemic level of IL-8, but not IL-6, is associated with ESCC progression, despite the fact that IL-6 was highly significant for poor overall survival estimate by Kaplan–Meier analysis ( Table 3 ).
