Associations between VDR FokI and ApaI genotypes and alleles with ISPTB did not reach statistical significance (ORs and 95% CI), whereas the presence of the G allele in newborns increased the risk for ISPTB 3.63 times (95% CI = 1.88–7.01, p < 0.001).
Separate analyses, performed on different diagnostic groups, revealed an important and highly significant reduction (−55%) in admission rates for affective disorders ( p < 0.001); on the other hand, the decrease in admission rates observed for schizophrenia spectrum disorders (SSD), personality disorders, and substance use disorders did not reach statistical significance (possibly because the sample size for these diagnoses was not large enough).
In relation to hospital type, there was variability in the availability of antidotes, but this did not reach statistical significance, except for deferoxamine (p < 0.001), which was available in all governmental hospitals but none of the private hospitals.
Hemoglobin levels (43.8 versus 65.3 g/L; P = 0.094) and hematocrit (14.3% versus 20.7%; P = 0.150) were lower in the autologous blood group, and white cell count was higher (0.15 × 10 9 /L versus 0.06 × 10 9 /L; P = 0.071), despite using identical volumes of PRBCs, but this did not reach statistical significance; platelet counts were however statistically lower in the banked blood group (45.0 × 10 9 /L versus 0.9 × 10 9 /L; P < 0.001).
While the 61% increase (from 12.8 to 20.5 cells/mm 2 , p < 0.001) in the number of proliferating cells upon SD-208 treatment in the central region did not reach statistical significance, SD-208 treatment significantly increased the number of proliferating cells by 121% (from 24.7 to 55.2 cells/mm 2 , p < 0.001) in the periphery of the tumour (Figure 6 C).
Even though the hypertensive episodes observed in the Ketamine group did not reach statistical significance, survival probability against hypertension was analysed and it shows faster development of hypertension in those treated with Ketamine, Logrank test, p<0.001.

In patients, who had adjuvant therapy (n = 5) the increase in ADC values between pre- and post-EBRT did not reach statistical significance using two of the measurement methods (L-ROI mean , P = 0.084; S-ROI min, P = 0.105), while in patients with no adjuvant therapy (n = 47) the increase was highly significant with all ROI measurement methods ( P = 0.001) ( Table 3 ).
The significance level used was α = 0.05 and results were considered significantly different when p < 0.05 (*), very significant at p < 0.01 (**), and highly significant at p < 0.001 (***) (5) t = X ̄ 1 − X ̄ 2 s 1 2 n 1 + s 2 2 n 2 d f = s 1 2 n 1 + s 2 2 n 2 2 s 1 2 n 1 2 n 1 − 1 + s 2 2 n 2 2 n 2 − 1 Cohen's d was used to assess differences between groups in cases where the t ‐test did not reach statistical significance, but results approached the threshold, revealing a large effect size that suggests a relevant trend (Cohen's d threshold: d (0.01) = very small, d (0.2) = small, d (0.5) = medium, d (0.8) = large, d (1.2) = very large, and d (2.0) = huge) [ 69 ].
Although this difference did not reach statistical significance, the composition of failures differed markedly between institutions (χ2=24.87, df = 2, p < 0.001): secondary/residual caries was the predominant failure mode at DHC (25/32, 78.1%), whereas fracture predominated at DF (38/65, 58.5%).
Densitometric quantification revealed that Kir6.2 protein abundance was reduced by 52% following MitoQ treatment ( p < 0.001), whereas changes in SUR1 protein expression did not reach statistical significance. Importantly, CCDC51 protein expression was reduced by 43% in MitoQ-treated U87 cells ( p < 0.001), paralleling its transcriptional downregulation.
There was an overall trend indicating an increased risk of preeclampsia in women with vitamin D deficiency compared to those with sufficient levels, but the findings did not reach statistical significance p -value<0.001 (OR 1.25, 95% CI 0.89–1.76, I 2 = 86.7%;, random-effect).
EMMs indicated numerically longer latencies in the p‐tau+ group, but these differences were small and did not reach statistical significance. 3.3.3 Peak dilation velocity Peak dilation velocity varied reliably with set size ( F [2, 163.025] = 79.558, p < 0.001, η 2 p = 0.494), with velocities increasing across loads (Table 3 ).

After further division of the entire cohort by age, this difference did not reach statistical significance for patients younger than 80 years (age range, 28–79 years) ( P =0.246, Figure 2C ), but was again highly significant in the group of patients aged 80 years and older (age range, 80–99 years) ( P <0.001, Figure 2D ).
