Notably, in this study, encephalitis and/or neuronal necrosis were almost always associated with multi-organ involvement, and although no statistically significant relationship was found between brain lesions and necrotic and/or inflammatory lesions in other organs (pancreas, spleen and heart), likely attributed to the sample size, a p -value close to significance was obtained in a Fisher’s exact test.
Comparisons between Group 1 and Group 3 (cam resection without repair) ( p = 0.09), Group 1A (8‐week unrepaired capsulotomy) and Group 4A (8‐week cam resection with capsule repair) ( p = 0.06), and Group 2A (8‐week capsule repair) and Group 4A ( p = 0.06) yielded p ‐values close to significance.
It demonstrated correlations between CD4+ T cells in paratumor tissues, and CD8+ T cells in tumors and KRAS protein expression were close to significance; high expression of KRAS could indicate better tumor infiltration of CD8+ T cells in HCC, though only 33 out of 90 (37%) patients demonstrated high expression of KRAS .
Especially for the former result, underscoring that the facilitator’s role notably influences the variability and regularity of the EEG signals, we realized that, specifically, the ‘father’ facilitator was associated with the highest mean entropy (M = 0.684, SE = 0.133), while the ‘mother’ facilitator showed the lowest mean entropy (M = 0.558, SE = 0.133) (please see also Fig 6 ); although pairwise comparisons did not reach statistical significance (in all cases except the close to significance trend of the ‘father’ vs ‘mother’ comparison) after Bonferroni correction (please see Table 4 ).
