Excerpts
The log-likelihood test for the null hypotheses that all of the coefficients in the model are simultaneously equal to zero indicated that the joint significance of the explanatory variables was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The ordinary one-way ANOVA results showed an extremely significant decrease in cell viability after 48 h of incubation in contrast with the cell control ( p < 0.0001, and 0.01 < p < 0.05, α = 0.05), while an LC50 for the ELExt could not be calculated because of a very low cell mortality rate even at higher concentrations [ Figure 8 iii].
qPCR validation of a set of selected targets showed a highly significant correlation with the relative expression levels determined by RNA sequencing (Pearson R = 0.8955; P < 0.0001; Supplementary Figure S9 A).
Linear regression analysis performed using the Passing-Bablok technique showed that the highly significant relationship between these two variables is given by the quadratic equation NFA FIJI = 2.78 × 10 −4 (NFL) 2 + 0.72(NFL) + 471 (solid curve in Fig. 7 ; p < 0.0001).
Patients showed an increasing trend for the prevalence of hepatic steatosis with fibrosis stage (Figure 1 (a), p = 0.0001).
In the case of examining the content of 5 elements in 10 types of nuts, the discrimination was highly significant (Wilks’ Lambda: 0.004, F = 29.995, p < 0.0001).
This regression was highly significant (linear regression: R 2 = 0.56, F (2,2) = 34.99, P < 0.0001).
In Group I, glycerophospholipid metabolism exhibited highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001), and significant differences in ether lipid metabolism, vitamin digestion and absorption, and fat digestion and absorption ( p < 0.05, Figure 2 g).
Comparing the survival rates of patients with different histopathological tumor gradings showed a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 2 ).
Multivariable Model The three features identified above (histology, non-smoking history, and radiomic Short Run Emphasis) were combined in a multivariable Cox model that was trained on the Dox cohort and produced a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) signature of survival.
Discriminant function analysis, analogous to multiple regression, confirmed these findings with a highly significant discriminant model (Wilks’ Lambda = 001, p < 0001), indicating a high proportion of explained variance (99%), making it the best discriminant model.
This capability is likely provided by a currently undefined “K13-associated genetic background,” as indicated by the highly significant (Mann-Whitney U P = 0.0001) difference in reduction of parasitemia between the two groups of strains ( Fig. 1E ) after the second cycle of proliferation.
A significant trend of decreasing SOC concentration with increasing soil pH was observed ( Fig. 6B , R 2 = 0.83, p < 0.0001).
The OmicSoft analysis revealed that HOXB9 expression was higher in mutant CRC versus wild type with highly significant upregulation in KRAS -mutated samples ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 2 c–e). 3.2.
There was an overall trend toward selection of quit dates earlier in the week (Sunday–Tuesday) compared to later in the week (Wednesday–Saturday) ( p < 0.0001); however, Thursdays did not significantly differ from Sundays–Tuesdays for quit date selection ( Fig. 3 ).
RESULTS The regression of maximum lifespan on adult female body mass was highly significant ( R 2 = 0.59, F = 40.4, df = 1.28, p < .0001).
Case-based learning also caused highly significant improvement ( P < .0001) in higher-level cognition, and 95.06% of students expressed a desire for additional sessions in other topics.
We found a highly significant positive correlation between nuclear ERβ and ovarian cancer marker CEA ( p < 0.0001; 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.1598–0.4465) (Table 4 ).
Rotational Thromboelastometry Changes between the measuring points (MP1/MP4) were P < .005 for CT INTEM and highly significant ( P < .0001).
There were no significant effects of dropping the “treatment” × “stage” interaction ( χ 2 = 0.62, Δdf = 3, P = 0.89) nor of dropping “stage” ( χ 2 = 2.23, Δdf = 1, P = 0.14) but again dropping “treatment” had a highly significant effect upon model fit ( χ 2 = 48.52, Δdf = 3, P < 0.0001; Table 3 , experiment 2).
According to research by Deodhar, Atul et al., patients who were using Upadacitinib 15 mg had a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) ASAS40 (Assessment of SpondyloArthritis International Society 40%) response (45%) at week 14 compared to those receiving a placebo (23%) [ 3 ].
