The conclusion about the difference in the richness of ground cover species under the different tree dominant canopies remains highly significant (P < 0.0001) for any block size (5 × 5, 10 × 10, or 20 × 20 m) in an ANOVA with mixed effects regarding the spatial connectivity of plots.

Statistical differences were determinated through the one-way analysis of variance procedure followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison test, comparing results between mock control and treated cells, Differences were statistically significant when p < 0.05 (*) (#) and highly significant when p < 0.0001 (**) (##) versus each respective mock control or untreated control group. 3.
Conversely, infection with Foxo1 AdV significantly reduced hepatocyte Fgf21 expression, whereas shFoxo1 AdV infection significantly increased Fgf21 mRNA ( Figure 3G ); as both viruses dose-dependently affected Fgf21, the expected linear trend in Fgf21 expression was also highly significant (p < 0.0001).
We observed a positive trend toward increasing VO 2 ( P < 0.0001) and CO ( P = 0.20) with BMI by iFick formulae and thermodilution.
The ANOVA revealed that the model was highly significant due to the low probability value ( p < 0.0001).
Patterns of Elicited Fear and Post Hoc Comparisons Among Individual Snake Stimuli Friedman tests proved that the effect of the stimulus on perceived fear was highly significant in both Somali and Czech datasets ( p << 0.0001).
As shown in Figure 3 , rEg.P29 alone did not induce a significant increase in specific IgG at 20 weeks post-immunization, whereas the formulation with Quil A adjuvant elicited a highly significant increase in rEg.P29-specific IgG ( P < 0.0001), confirming that Quil A is essential for inducing a robust IgG-dominant humoral immune response in sheep.
At 0.50× and 0.75× MIC the effects were uniformly highly significant for all isolates and both combinations (mostly p < 0.0001).
The repeated‐measures ANOVA revealed a highly significant difference among total, dominant, and nondominant mBF (F(2,334) = 136.30, p < 0.0001).

Although the correlation between the miR-320 family members and the number of neutrophils just missed significance, neutrophilic miRNAs, miR-142-3p ( p < 0.0001, r = 0.5679) and miR-223-3p ( p < 0.0001, r = 0.6496), significantly correlated with neutrophil counts in our patient cohorts ( Figure S1 ). 3.
As tested by in vitro germination and acetocarmine tests, the analysis of variance clearly showed that storage method, days of storage, and the interaction between storage methods and days of storage had a highly significant effect ( p ≤ 0.0001) on pollen viability.
When we combined the changes in specific epitope-precursor abundances and the favored HIV selection within patients who shared the presenting HLA variant, we found a strong, highly significant host-specific bias toward residues that specifically decrease the yield of epitopes that the host could potentially target ( Table S4 , p < 0.0001 [HIV B] and p = 0.0005 [HIV C], sign test).
The difference between the mean radiation-induced G2 scores for 0.05 Gy compared to 0.5 Gy in this cohort were highly significant (two-tailed p value < 0.0001) by the Mann–Whitney test and this is also illustrated in Figure 1 for both doses in the healthy control donors.
Two-way ANOVA analysis showed a highly significant effect of stress on body weight gain [ F (1, 147) = 16.25, P < 0.0001], with a highly significant effect of day [ F (13, 147) = 6.617, P < 0.0001].However, Bonfferoni’s post hoc test showed no significant interaction between stress and day on body weight gain [ F (13, 147) = 0.468, P = 0.9393] ( Figure 3A ).
These differences between RA patients and the other groups were highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
Correlations between ocular and systemic parameters There was a highly significant correlation between CCT and body weight ( r = −0.03; P = 0.0001).
Effects of v init on a max were statistically highly significant ( F 3, 213 = 1287, P < .0001).
Further we have observed a decreasing trend in the level of Tregs in children born to both infected and uninfected mother as compared to the cord blood (p <0.0001 for CFA+ve and p < 0.0001 for CFA-ve).
The sensitivities of the 11 C‐MET PET and of the 18 F‐FDG PET for detecting recurrent lesions were 0.97 (32/33, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.85‐0.99) and 0.48 (16/33, 95% CI: 0.33‐0.65), respectively, and this difference was highly significant by the McNemar test ( P < .0001).
Table 4 with the ANOVA analysis confirmed that the model was highly significant ( p = 0.0001).
In contrast, 9.5% of the total variance was attributed to differences among geographic groups within clades, demonstrating highly significant genetic structure ( p < 0.0001).
A highly significant relationship was observed between the estimation of the first rotation and the overall results of the test ( p < 0.0001); participants who made an accurate estimation of the first rotation had lower average estimation error than those who made an inaccurate first estimation.
At both time-points, the two LPS groups present an anxiety-like behaviour, associated with less locomotor/exploratory activity and highly significant cognitive impairment ( p < .0001).
A highly significant correlation was found among all the indices (p <0.0001 for all) ( Table 2 ).
The adequacy of uterine tone was highly significant (p < 0.0001) after three minutes of uterotonic administration in the carbetocin group.
