The CytOx kinetics measured with 1.128 mg/mL mitochondria showed that the differences between control and ADP, control and ATP, and ADP and ATP +RS ( Figure 3 A) were highly significant ( p ≤ 0.0001) according to a regular two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni Post hoc analysis.
Excerpts
This difference was highly significant ( P < .0001).
CKD Stage and Cardiac Biomarkers Concentrations There was a significant trend toward increasing plasma NT-proBNP (P < 0.0001), serum cTnT (P = 0.002), and spot urine albumin creatinine ratio (P < 0.0001) concentrations with declining estimated GFR (eGFR).
The ANOVA results for the Naphtha cut of heavy oil which are presented in Table 10 , indicate that the model as a whole is highly significant, with a p value of < 0.0001 and an F-value of 1518.48, suggesting that the factors included in the model explain a substantial portion of the variability in naphtha yield.
The effects of KYNA on 29 Delay cells from this younger animal were highly significant (Fig. 2e ; firing rate: F(1,28) = 23.72, p < 0.0001; d’: T dep = 6.691, p < 0.0001).
The ANOVA indicated a highly significant difference among the groups ( p < 0.0001).
However, when considering the cerebellum as reference region, correlations between DVR-1 based on AV shunt and IDIF were strong and highly significant in all regions ( r = 0.978, p < 0.0001 in striatum; r = 0.967, p < 0.0001 in cortex; r = 0.955, p < 0.0001 in hippocampus; r = 0.934, p < 0.0001 in thalamus) (Figure 2B and Supplementary Table 2 ).
We found a highly significant sigmoidal correlation with the average ambient temperature per week ( Figure 3 ; adjr 2 = 0.669, p < 0.0001, Pearson Product Moment Correlation), i.e., with increasing ambient temperatures, FCM levels also increased.
In particular, Spot, Brown Spot and Wrinkle Percentiles showed highly significant improvements at all follow-up points compared to baseline ( p < 0.0001); similarly, UV spot, Pore and Texture indexes demonstrated marked improvement starting in the first month ( p < 0.01) and sustained through the third month ( p < 0.0001).
29.37 kg/m 2 ± 0.17) than their counterparts without the disease, with both differences being highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
When capsule was taken into account, the difference in size became highly significant ( Fig 1E ; p<0.0001), suggesting that capsule size increases with base ploidy.
After correcting for gene variation, the tissue effect was also highly significant (F 21,5669 = 4094.43, p<0.0001), reflecting that in general ribosomal proteins as a group were more highly expressed in certain tissues.
This model was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), although it only explains a small fraction of the variance (Nagelkerke r 2 = 0.04).
In lung adenocarcinoma, the most predictive signature generated from the Kim and colleagues ( 38 ) dataset revealed no association with survival when derived from ldvae [ P = 0.25 or −log 10 ( P ) = 0.6], whereas the BBKNN signature showed a highly significant predictive capacity [ P = 1e−4 or −log 10 ( P ) = 4; Fig. 5B ].
The expression of MMP10 , however, showed a highly significant decrease in adenocarcinomas (mean: 5.29) compared to adenomas (mean: 8.96, p = 0.0001) ( Figure 4 C, left panel).
During the initial 6 months of the study, the cyclosporine A group had consistently lower IOP than the betamethasone group, which was statistically highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
Firmness was evaluated for the F 1 formula obtained by the classical preparation method compared to that obtained by automatic preparation ( Table IV ), and the significance level of the t test between the two values, demonstrates a highly significant correlation, with a p < 0.0001 ( Figure 4 ).
There is a significant trend (p < 0.0001) shown in the curves that show what year the study initially received funding.
These differences were highly significant (p < 0.0001) (Lundström et al. 2011 ).
The difference in seroconversion rates between HC and HM was highly significant at both timepoints (Chi-square test, p < 0.0001 after both the first and second dose), confirming a strong association between disease status and impaired humoral response.
The analysis of variance (ANOVA) results showed that the regression model is highly significant, with an F-value of 302.13 and p < 0.0001, while the lack-of-fit was not significant ( p > 0.05), indicating good agreement between predicted and experimental values ( Table 6 ).
The loads exhibited highly significant difference ( P < 0.0001; analysis variance).
A highly significant effect of HF (p<0.0001) was observed on adult male retroperitoneal fat weights at cull.
TUG has highly significant log odds for non‐adherence (−0.96, p < 0.0001), but the overall drop in adherence over time across all assessments was small though significant ( p < 0.001, log odds −0.07).
Both of the model fits, predicting median Z * MHW and variability of Z * MHW , were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
