Individually, HiFiCas9 treatment had a highly significant impact on viability (F (1, 12) = 69.55, p < 0.0001), accounting for 72.96% of the total variance.
In both species there is a highly significant increase of segmental duplications around inversion breakpoints as compared to the genome-wide average ( p < 0.0001 in both genomes).
There was a significant difference between farm and slaughterhouse samples, with farm samples showing higher IgG levels ( p = 0.0074) in pigs with a pleurisy score of 1, and the differences were highly significant, with p -values < 0.0001, indicating much higher IgG levels in farm samples compared to slaughterhouse samples in pigs classified with the most severe pleurisy scores of 3 and 4 ( Figure 2 ). 3.7.
Importantly, a highly significant diagnosis*volatile effect ( P < 0.0001) strongly supported our central hypothesis that individual volatiles differ according to diagnosis.
The correlations between ALC and a CD4 cell count, and between TLC and a CD4 cell count were highly significant (spearman correlation coefficients of r=0.5604, P <0.0001 and 0.3497, P <0.001 respectively).
A cell‐derived H7N1 vaccine protected mice from disease and weight loss Vaccination induced a highly significant reduction in the signs of infection ( P < 0·0001) ( Table 1 , Figure 3B ).
In addition, Spearman’s correlation analysis showed a moderately significant association between 2-methylbutyric acid and CHD development ( r = 0.5037, p = 0.0001).
4 D). Protein and mRNA expression ratios showed a highly significant but weak positive correlation (Pearson's r = 0.405, Spearman's r = 0.378, both P < 0.0001) based on 2456 mRNA–protein pairs (Fig. 4 E).
A two-way ANOVA analysis shows that the variable % of AcEt/TFA is extremely significant, affecting 95.13% of total result variance, with a p -value < 0.0001.
Moreover, there was a clear trend of increasing frailty risk with worsening sarcopenia severity, as indicated by the trend test ( p -value for trend: p < 0.0001).
We noted poor agreement between lipoarabinomannan lateral flow assay and ELISA for all lateral flow assay band intensity cutoff points ( figure 3 ); however, we recorded a clear trend for increased likelihood of a positive ELISA test with increased intensity of bands on lateral flow assay (p<0·0001).
The main effect of measurement times was highly significant ( P < .0001) from all three ANOVAs, suggesting that each outcome measure followed a circadian pattern over 24 hours.
Using the same background subtraction procedure, a lifetime of 2.5 ± 0.03 ns was obtained for EGFR–eGFP in the presence of EGF and Grb2–mRFP. A Student’s t test revealed that the difference in apparent lifetimes (2.85 vs 2.50 ns) was highly significant ( p < 0.0001, standard error about the mean 0.03 ns, sample size = 50).
Quantification of GS-IB4 and CD31 CNV area demonstrated a highly significant reduction in the median lesion area of 45.6 [27.1–59.4]% ( p = 0.0001) and 45.1 [24.3–60.2]% ( p = 0.0006), respectively, in 13-12AB-PEDF-injected eyes compared with S1-S2AB-AsRed-injected control eyes ( Figures 5 B–5D).
The differences between time points were highly significant (**** p < 0.0001), reflecting structural maturation of the biofilm ( Figure 6 ).
The positive correlation in RSCU between HTLV-1 and human genes is highly significant (Pearson r = 0.4982, P < 0.0001, Spearman r = 0.4688, P = 0.0002).
Our analyses identified the following variables as highly significant: “mean age,” “number of age groups”, and “data reporting quality” (all p < 0.0001). “Setting,” “disease classification,” and “number of diseases in the classification” were significant (0.01 < p ≤ 0.03), and “data collection period” and “data source” were non-significant.
