We identified highly significant correlation differences between incident CAD cases and controls ( p < 5 × 10 –5 ); eGFR correlated more strongly with 3-hydroxyisobutyrate ( r case-to-control = 0.29), citrate ( r case-to-control = 0.42), and glycine ( r case-to-control = 0.35), while 4-deoxyerythronic acid correlated less strongly with triglycerides ( r case-to-control = −0.35), and hypoxanthine with creatinine ( r case-to-control = −0.30) in individuals with incident CAD.

The results presented in Table 3 showed a highly significant ( p value = 0.00005, detection limit of the method being approximately 1 log CFU, CI-95%, 1.85, 2.77) log reduction (2.31) in microbial load after wiping the meat surface with the developed DW (count before treatment—5.48 log CFU/cm 2 ; after treatment—3.17 CFU/cm 2 ).
approached significanceP < 5 × 10 −5
There were two SNPs in the serum IgG analysis, one SNP in the total protein analysis, four SNPs in the globulin analysis, four SNPs in the ZST analysis, one SNP in the specific gravity analysis and three SNPs in the crude illness analysis, which approached significance ( P < 5 × 10 −5 ) (Table 3 ).
The differences are highly significant for every one of the possible comparisons involving two out of the three groups ( P < 0.00005 in every case).
This revealed a highly significant correlation (r = 0.80, p<0.00005; Appendix 2—figure 1D ).

-0.15 SD, respectively and the difference was highly significant (t(52) = 5.25, p = 0.00005).
SChLAP1 expression was highly significant when distinguishing CP and PCSM (p = 0.00005 and p = 0.002, respectively) ( Fig. 2d,e ).
The blocking test showed that the pre-treatment of SK-RC-52 renal carcinoma cells with a large excess of unlabeled Ec1 resulted in a highly significant (P<0.00005) reduction in binding for both radiolabeled DARPins ( Fig. 1 ).
However, a number of methylation probes were nominally significant in each analysis ( p < 5 × 10 −5 , detailed in the Supplementary Information ).
Differences were highly significant at 3 hours among all groups ( P <0.00005).
A highly significant ( p value < 0.00005) likelihood ratio test compared to a standard logistic model supported that the mixed-effects model was better fit for our data.
From this meta-analysis, we ranked the SNPs according to their p -values and selected all the nominally significant SNPs with p -values < 5 × 10 −5 .
To gain further insights into their upstream kinases, we conducted a motif enrichment analysis, revealing a prevalent sequence motif surrounding the phosphosites with a highly significant proportion of arginine at position −3 (odds ratio = 4, p = 5e−05) ( Figure 2 G).
Volumetry could demonstrate a highly significant ( p = 0.00005) volume increase, while the intervention led to a significant ( p = 0.0076) volume decrease during the day.
The difference between the performance of two group in OSPE was highly significant ( P < 0.00005).
The trained birds' preference for the Dreadnought Grey disc was statistically highly significant (P<0.00005, using the binomial statistics described in “ Methods ”).
The results demonstrated a highly significant correlation ( P < 0.00005) between TRAA and LDL antioxidation activity, suggesting that the TRAA test alone could predict the potency of co-antioxidants for LDL's alpha-tocopherol with > 98% accuracy.
In particular, contrary to males, mutant females showed highly significant upregulation of Neuropeptide-like precursor 4 ( nplp4 ) and target of brain insulin ( tobi ) genes ( p = 5 × 10 −5 ).
