There were two SNPs in the serum IgG analysis, one SNP in the total protein analysis, four SNPs in the globulin analysis, four SNPs in the ZST analysis, one SNP in the specific gravity analysis and three SNPs in the crude illness analysis, which approached significance ( P < 5 × 10 −5 ) (Table 3 ).
There was a highly significant difference between the MODY group and the control group ( P < 0.00005) and between the MODY and type 2 diabetic groups ( P = 0.003).
This perfect association between hot-spot S2 activity and the presence of S9.1G is highly significant ( P = 0.00005, or 0.0012 after Bonferroni correction for additional markers tested across this region).
When exposing 104C1 cells that acquire a fibroblast morphology to increasing concentrations of KDC203, we observed highly significant ( p <0.00005) dose-dependent reductions in PrP C levels ( Fig 2A ).
In addition, to mitigate potential impacts of small expected counts (e.g., expected values < 5 for TPS-c) on the chi-square approximation, a permutation test (20,000 permutations) was performed and also yielded a highly significant result ( p ≈ 5.0 × 10 −5 ), further supporting that the distribution of core/non-core status varies significantly among subfamilies.
BALB/c mice vaccinated with 20 μg of SLA plus 50 μg of CpG ODN showed a highly significant (P<5×10 −5 ) reduction in swelling compared to SLA-vaccinated mice and enhanced survival compared to unvaccinated mice.
The correlation between duration of illness and grey matter volume across all networks (uncorrected for TIV and age) showed a highly significant correlation (r = −0.37, p < 0.00005) which was no longer significant after correcting for age and TIV (r = 0.06, p = 0.56).
To gain further insights into their upstream kinases, we conducted a motif enrichment analysis, revealing a prevalent sequence motif surrounding the phosphosites with a highly significant proportion of arginine at position −3 (odds ratio = 4, p = 5e−05) ( Figure 2 G).
Using a highly significant P value cutoff ( P < 0.00005), we identified 12 proteins that exhibit differential expression between these OA subsets (Figure 3 ).
The results presented in Table 3 showed a highly significant ( p value = 0.00005, detection limit of the method being approximately 1 log CFU, CI-95%, 1.85, 2.77) log reduction (2.31) in microbial load after wiping the meat surface with the developed DW (count before treatment—5.48 log CFU/cm 2 ; after treatment—3.17 CFU/cm 2 ).
In contrast, when used in the study of 120 colorectal cancers, these four markers detected a LOH in 38 out of 85 informative cases (45%), a difference that is highly significant (X = 16.38; P<0.00005).
We found that the pair of chromosomes 4 and 5 show highly significant nonindependence across the set of crosses (Bonferroni adj., p = 5 × 10 −5 , permutation test, Figure 5B ), suggesting a genetic interaction between this specific pair of chromosomes.
Functional enrichment of the 606 putative hypoxia genes revealed highly significant functional groups ( p < .00005) related to oxygen sensing and hypoxia (GO:0036293, GO:0070482, GO:0001666, GO:1901700) and energy management (GO:0015979, GO:0019684, GO:0009765, GO:0009055, and GO:0004022).
The majority (90.2%) of children with autism spectrum disorder without intellectual disability were born from 1994 to 1999 ( Table 1 ) and compared to the number born in 2000 to 2005, the difference is highly significant ( P < .00005).
While in our DESeq analysis, this transcript fell just below the cutoff for fold change (1.24) the p -value was highly significant ( p -value = 5 × 10 −5 ), consistent with our qPCR results ( p -value = 0.0011, Holm-Sidak corrected).
The difference in the distributions of the number of viable daughter cells per mother cell is statistically highly significant with a p -value < 0.00005 (two-sample t -test).
When the same analysis was run three times, comparing the intention-offloading/nonoffloading task with the other tasks one by one, the intention-offloading/nonoffloading predictor was always highly significant, t (990) > 4.0, p < .00005, but none of the other three was, t (990) < 1.35, p > .17.
While there was no significant effect of blindsight status (positive or negative; F = 2.6, p = 0.13), there was a highly significant effect of lesion side (ipsilateral or contralateral; F = 35.7; p < 0.00005) and interaction, suggesting a differential effect of the lesion in the two patient groups (F = 5.1; p = 0.04).
