Replication cohort genotyping, QC and association analysis SNPs determined to have a nominally significant association with a nevirapine hypersensitivity phenotype ( P < 1 × 10 − 5 ) in the discovery cohort were subsequently typed in the replication cohort using either the Sequenom MassArray iPLEX platform (Sequenom Inc., San Diego, CA, USA) or custom TaqMan real-time PCR SNP genotyping assays (Life Technologies, Paisley, UK) according to the manufacturer’s protocols.

Variants were thus discarded if: (i) UCSC alignability ≠ 1 (100bp window size); (ii) variant within 10 bps of a simple repeat region; (iii) highly significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) in cases or controls ( P <10 −5 ); (iv) no call rate significantly different between case-samples and control-samples ( P <10 −5 ); (v) no call rate across either case or control samples >0.03.

While the fixed-effect model produced a highly significant result (p<0.00001), this was not upheld under the random-effects model (p=0.28), which showed considerable heterogeneity (I2=95%).
All correlation coefficients between these two datasets were above 0.99 (Pearson’s r ) and highly significant with p < 1e-5.
All primary outcomes showed significant improvement post treatment at BF-corrected alpha of p < .0028: There was a highly significant post-treatment drop of general psychiatric symptoms (SA-45 global severity index; p < .00001, d = 1.08).

For resting EF (384 patients), the weighted mean difference showed a trend of 1.9% in favor of CoQ10 (95% CI −0.13 to +3.9). 4 Upon meta-analysis, there was a 3.7% net improvement in EF (1.59 to 5.77; p < 0.00001). 35 3.4.
Lower HR after repeated performances The Friedman Test for changes in HR, including baseline (a 1 min run of hopping on the spot) and the three live performances, revealed highly significant changes ( p = 0.00001).
Overall, highly significant PFS was achieved with ALK inhibitors compared to chemotherapy (HR 0.42 [0.35, 0.50; p < 0.00001]) (Figure 2 ).
Overall, supporting the validity of the estimated model parameters, a simple correlation analysis between observed confidence changes and estimated changes computed with the mathematical model equations, yielded a highly significant correlation ( n =20, Pearson's r =0.748, P <10 −5 , Supplementary Fig. 7c ).
The Wald test and the likelihood ratio test were highly significant (P<0.00001 for both tests and for either model), and the pseudo-R 2 value and Hosmer and Lemeshow test confirmed the goodness-of-fit of both models.
The figure shows a positive, highly significant relationship ( r = .620, p <.00001), between these conditions, indicating that speakers generally accept Th-R orders vP-internally to the same, typically low, degree as they do under object shift.
Recession Reduction In the meta‐analysis of recession reduction, there was weak evidence of a difference between the two groups for the single recessions ( p = 0.74); however, by considering the multiple recessions, there was a strong trend for SCTG to provide better results in terms of recession reduction ( p < 0.00001).
This comparison clearly demonstrated that CSC-affected eyes had SFCT which was ~145 μm (34%) bigger compared to normal control’ eyes (weighted mean difference (WMD) = 145.03, 95% confidence interval (CI), 121.33–168.73) and that this difference was highly significant (P<0.00001), with heterogeneity identified.
Between the Non-Gly and the Gly subtypes, we identified 763 highly significant Differentially Expressed (DE) genes (Adj. p < 1E-05), 296 of which over-expressed in Gly subtype and 466 over-expressed in the Non-Gly tumors ( Figure 2A and Supplementary Table 3 ).
32 have shown highly significant genetic differentiation ( F ST = 0.359, P < 10 −5 ) between C . glabrata populations isolated from patients in France or Tunisia.
Gender exhibited a highly significant association (X2 = 45.9, p < 0.00001), highlighting differences in awareness levels between males and females; women are more knowledgeable than men.
The Pearson correlation for each metric across the two periods was highly significant ( p < 0.00001) and ranged from 0.86 to 0.92, demonstrating high reliability (Fig. 4 ).
Highly significant inter-study heterogeneity was noted (I 2 = 85%; χ2 p= 0.00001).
As expected from the voxel-wise analysis, all the regions of interest (AI, OP3, OP4, OP8, PIC, PIVC) show highly significant activations in the “Visual + vestibular” > “Visual only” contrast, with FDR adjusted p values < 10 −5 in all cases (Fig. 3 b).
For this process we filtered our complete data set by 1-way ANOVA to enrich for mass features with highly significant information ( P < 10 −5 ) in regard to the distinction of seed classes either excluding or including the colour variants of each seed type (Table S2 ; columns AV-AW).
When implementing this bootstrapping approach, we find that the ability of the top genes to correctly order the cROIs is highly significant ( p < 0.00001).
