The mean behaviour of these groups of genes in response to heat shock displays a highly significant positive correlation (Pearson r = 0.312, p < 0.00001, Spearman r = 0.314, p < 0.00001; electronic supplementary material, file S2), such that those mRNAs corresponding genes more distant from transcription initiation sites increase in abundance while those close to transcription initiation sites decrease.
The detected linkage disequilibrium was highly significant in both cases (P<10 −5 ).
This difference between groups at recruitment was highly significant (Kruskal–Wallis test, χ 2 (2) = 25.2; p < 10 −5 ), and represents a failure of randomisation due to our limited sampling.

They found a highly significant difference in mean %EWL of 17.98% (95%CI: 8.37-27.58, P < 0.00001) in the balloon group in comparison to the sham/life-style modification group.
Finally, infected C57BL/6 mice displayed a highly significant decrease in the abundance of Gastranaerophilales (Fold change = −17.96, p = 0.00001; DESeq. 2) (Fig. 6b ).
Correlation of the results in two successive examinations, that is, the change from one examination to the next in each individual patient, showed a positive, highly significant association between aCNV and CFT (p<0.00001, r=0.690) ( figure 4A ).
Regression analysis revealed a highly significant relationship between 28S and 18S copy numbers ( R 2 = 0.996; P < 0.00001; Supplementary Fig. 1 in Supplementary File 3 ), with a regression coefficient close to the expected value of 1 (1.02).

There was a highly significant association between age and attitude (X 2 =33.3, p=0.00001).
showed a trendp < 0.00001
In this analysis too, rtCGM showed a trend towards a larger effect (MD −3.95 mmol/mol [−0.36%]; 95% CI: −5.46 to −2.44, p < 0.00001) than isCGM (MD −1.79 mmol/mol [−0.16%]; 95% CI: −5.28, 1.69, p = 0.31).
For this process we filtered our complete data set by 1-way ANOVA to enrich for mass features with highly significant information ( P < 10 −5 ) in regard to the distinction of seed classes either excluding or including the colour variants of each seed type (Table S2 ; columns AV-AW).
As a result of the general linear mixed model that included the familiarity index as a fixed factor, the effect of the familiarity index of character-specific learning was highly significant [ F (1,3576) = 48.84, p < 0.00001, f 2 = 0.007416].
Species Response Curve (SRC) The analysis clearly indicates highly significant differences ( p < 0.00001) for increased population variable (conservation status) in comparison with all other variables due to their maximum frequency as shown in Figure 2A .
The proportion of individual habitats in hunting districts was statistically highly significant (Chi 2 with Yates = 361.92, df = 8, p <0.00001).
Furthermore, a similar association pattern was observed in SNPs near the MIR4458HG gene (distance ~33 kb) in chromosome 5 with marginal significance ( P -value < 1.0E−05) in all models (Table 2 , Additional File 1 : Table S1).
The presence of clustered breakpoints on a per-chromosome basis 13 : chromosomes that had a highly significant non-random distribution of breakpoints with a stringent threshold of P < 10 −5 were considered to be clustered.
Notably, even after fitting the lead SNP in a conditional GWAS analysis, there were still other somewhat significant ( p < 1E–05) SNPs remaining for the HTFYslope trait (though not very strong signals; Fig. 2 ), suggesting that they could be other QTLs for heat tolerance, which were not captured by the lead SNPs identified in the study.
Among the top most highly significant pathways ( P < 1.0 × 10 − 5 ) included the pathways involved in MSP-RON, PDGF, molecular mechanisms of cancer, STAT3, prostate cancer, P53, MYC mediated apoptosis, IGF-1, NF-kB, Androgen biosynthesis, PTEN and IL-6 signaling pathways (Fig. 5 ).
