Not surprisingly, all pairs of correlations are highly significant with p -values < 10e-16 (alternative hypothesis: true correlation is not equal to 0).

These values are consistent with previous measurements 11 , and while there is no statistical difference in rise if compared to vertebrate actin filaments (rise 27.5 Å, twist −166.6°), there is a statistically highly significant 0.6° difference in twist ( p- value < 10 −15 ).
Log-rank tests of both the P cohort versus the p cohort and the P cohort versus all deaths showed highly significant differences ( P <10 −15 and P <10 −6 , respectively), and the p cohort is also significantly different ( P =10 −3 ) from the cohort of all deaths.

This overlap is highly significant (p < 10 −15 , hypergeometric distribution), indicating that CUT&RUN correctly recovers a large portion of previously identified R-loops.
A massive and highly significant ( p -value <10 −15 ) decrease of TAT expression is observed in tumors as compared to their adjacent tissue in most of the samples (87/112, median decreased of 20 fold, Fig. 6 ).
PPI networks identified by STRING analysis showed highly significant functional associations (PPI enrichment p -value < 1.0 -15 , for both γ-ray and X-ray irradiation response analyses).
We have to reject the null hypothesis and this result is highly significant ( p < 10 −15 ).

First, they represent a consistent and highly significant (Wilcoxon test P < 10 −15 in all growth phases except LS) decrease in expression across hundreds of rpoS regulated genes, in all five growth phases.
While we estimate that this stringent quality control produced well calibrated association test statistics for more than 99% of sites, this analysis yielded many extremely significant p-values at SNPs outside of known loci (e.g. ~7,000 with p < 10 -15 ), 95% of which had an allele frequency below 5%.
The difference in LAMconcentration between the cases and controls was highly significant [ P < 1 × 10 −15 , n = 101, Wilcoxon signed-rank test; difference in location estimate, −247.318; 95% confidence interval (CI), −351.3 to 200.8; Fig. 3 ].
Interestingly, we found a highly significant overlap between genes repressed in daGAL4 > UAS-dInR DN and those activated upon removal of dfoxo in that genetic context ( P <10 −15 ), while the overlap between genes activated in daGAL4 > UAS-dInR DN and repressed upon dfoxo deletion was marginally significant ( P =0.01).
Scatter plots of the log2FC values for differentially expressed genes in the tetramer+ cells arising in response to each pMHCII-NP type confirmed highly significant correlations among the scRNAseq profiles of the different tetramer specificities (P<10 -15 ; >60% of all the genes in each comparison undergo similar levels of upregulation or downregulation as compared to Tconv cells) ( Figure 2C ).
Chi-square analyses indicated highly significant associations (females p<10 −15 ; males p<10 −18 ) between experimental temperature and the percentages of rhythmic, weakly rhythmic, and arrhythmic adults.
These differences in substitution rates between exonic and AR sequences are highly significant ( P < 10 -15 , two-sided Mann-Whitney (MW) test) and are consistent with a fraction of the ncRNA exons having evolved under selective constraint.
We found a highly significant correlation between promoter CpG O/E and 3' UTR length (Spearman's ρ = 0.24; P < 10 -15 ), indicating that the negative correlation pattern between promoter region methylation and number of miRNA target sites still holds in mice.
This showed a highly significant increased risk of MS associated with smoking with no significant statistical heterogeneity (RR 1.48, 95% CI 1.35–1.63, p<10 −15 , heterogeneity: χ 2 = 7.38, p = 0.60; figure 1 ).
