The statistical strength of the relationship between number of spike/m2 of broomrape and the reduction in various faba bean yield and yield components traits (R2>0.5 in all cases, most exceeding 0.85), extremely significant p-values ( p ≤ 0.008), and biological plausibility combine to prove that broomrape spike density is a primary determinant of yield reduction in faba bean, primarily through its impact on pod number.
The results revealed that treatment of lean adipocytes with 1.0 μM insulin for 1 h stimulated a highly significant (P = 0.008) ~ threefold increase in ADH1B activity compared to untreated control, indicating insulin-induced ADH1B expression results in a proportional increase in activity (Fig. 7 ).
When partitioned into low (n = 16) and high (n = 17) reactive groups, the high reactive group showed a highly significant decrease in SBR during the IT period compared to baseline (11.1 ± 1.09 blinks per min to 6.2 ± 0.95 blinks per min, t 1,30 = − 2.9, p = 0.008) and a significant increase in SBR from baseline during the CT period (11.1 ± 1.09 blinks per min to 15.6 ± 1.71 blinks per min, t 1,30 = 2.7, p = 0.012).
From the Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn post hoc tests, we have found that the difference between the d-spacing of the EMT positive lesion and non-lesional tissue is highly significant (p < 0.008).
In the higher quartiles of blood cadmium, there were significantly higher proportions of females, those with high school or equivalent education, those with lower household incomes, current smokers, and stroke patients. Blood cadmium concentration and stroke As shown in Table 2 , in the most adjusted model, participants in quartiles 2, 3, and 4 had an OR for stroke compared with the lowest reference group for blood cadmium in the total population, with OR of 1.32 (95% CI 0.55–3.14), 1.65 (95% CI 0.71–3.83), and 2.67 (95% CI 1.10–6.49), respectively, with a significant trend (p = 0.008).
With HCs and SRs pooled together, the association of D5 and chronic HBV infection was highly significant ( P = 0.008, OR = 2.81, 95% CI = 1.32–6.00) (Table 3 ).
In addition, this analysis also revealed a trial-specific effect of training, with a decreasing trend of success in the control experiment and an increasing trend in the treatment experiment (LRT of trial x experimental phase: χ21 = 6.96, P = 0.008; Fig. 4 ).
FAZ-P did not differ significantly between Control and DMI ( U = 1061, P = 0.211, r = 0.45), while the difference between Non-DMI and DMI was marginally significant ( U = 1428.5, P = 0.008, r = 0.12).
