Response When the 57 EGFR -mutant NSCLC patients of the training cohort were grouped as erlotinib responders and non-responders according to BIM mRNA expression, a clear trend emerged: 88.9% of patients with high BIM mRNA expression responded to erlotinib vs 22.2% of patients with low/intermediate BIM levels ( P = 0.0027).

The trend slope changed in a decreasing manner (− 0.798, 95% CI − 1.233 to − 0.363, p-value = 0.001), resulting in a decreasing trend of − 0.622 cases (p-value = 0.003).
Cognitive and clinical correlations between significant TEP amplitude changes and clinical/cognitive measures in patients with schizophrenia A highly significant correlation between TEP P60 amplitude change induced by SICI and the longest span of the Letter-Number Span Test (r = −0.775, p = 0.003, N = 12; α = 0.05/5; controlled by the number of cognitive/clinical measures) (see Fig. 6(A) ) was observed in patients, while no other relationship was uncovered for measures of IQ or executive functioning.
A highly significant hearing disturbance was detected around 24 kHz (42.1 ± 9.1 in +/+ vs. 74.3 ± 8.4 dB in −/− , p < 0.003, Fig. 1 A).
Note that the 3-way interaction remains highly significant (p = 0.003) when controlling for female age (which has a strong effect on miscarriage rates in this population) 20 .
Moreover, accounting for effects explainable by those on generic psychopathology reduced the magnitude of the pre- and postnatal anxiety by stroking interaction effect on irritability by just 12%, and with improved precision this interaction effect on irritability remained clearly significant (p = 0.003).
CpG2 in OVAT is the only site representing slightly significant higher methylation levels in obese than in lean subjects ( P = 0.003).
As shown in Table 2 , high WTAP expression was identified in 44.7% (84/188) of cases with tumors larger than 2 cm and in 28.9% (46/159) of tumors ≤ 2 cm; the between-group difference was highly significant ( P = 0.003).
