The almost insignificant loss of cell viability induced by trastuzumab in both parental and negative control shRNA-transduced cells ( i.e. , 1% reduction at 1 μg/mL trastuzumab and 8% reduction at 100 μg/mL trastuzumab) were significantly augmented in ATG8/LC3 shRNA/JIMT1 cells ( i.e. , from 19% reduction at 1 μg/mL trastuzumab to 30% reduction at 100 μg/mL trastuzumab).

The abundance of nir S genes on SPM with different particle sizes were significantly different at K1, K2 , K3 sampling sites, which showed a trend of 5 μm > 1 μm > 0.22 μm, that is, the larger the particle size of SPM, the higher nir S gene abundance.

The estimation results of the carbon storage model showed that the carbon storage of green space shows a significant trend of reduction from 2008 to 2022, and the reduction amounts are 0.8 × 106 t (CASA model) and 0.64 × 106 t (InVEST model), respectively.

In adulthood (PND 90; Fig 2B ), we observed an extremely significant effect of analyzed factors, postnatal overfeeding and ghrelin injection, with SL animals showing higher basal food intake and an enhanced response to ghrelin.

In conclusion, this study’s results highlight a positive trend of probiotics supplementation with hypocaloric high-fiber diets in amelioration of the criteria of the Mets in obese Egyptian women.
