We observed that over the course of 5 days, LiveSpo DIA30 treatment led to a significant decrease in IL-17 and IL-23 (by 26.62% and 25.13%, with p values of 0.0178 and 0.0256, respectively), a 19.09% ( p = 0.038) reduction in TNF-α signaling and a decreasing trend in IL-6 (8.54%; p = 0.0916) (Fig. 3 A-D).
The % DNA in tail reached 13.4 ± 0.4% (95% CI: 12.6–14.2, p = 0.0918, approaching significance) and tail moment 1.2 ± 0.17 (95% CI: 0.87–1.53, p = 0.0274), with the tail moment being significantly higher than the control’s 0.59 ± 0.18 (95% CI: 0.55–0.63).
While there were no significant differences in these parameters between the ER and NP groups, the placental major and minor axes showed a tendency towards significance ( p = 0.092 and 0.074, respectively).

Similarly, peak amplitudes extracted 0–80 ms post R-wave from ECG and uncorrected frontal-central electrodes did not differ significantly between experimental conditions, although ECG amplitudes showed a trend towards a main effect of valence F(1,23) = 3.17, p = 0.092 ( BF 10 = 2.2 provides anecdotal evidence for H A ) (all other p s > 0.27; BF 10 < 0.14 offering substantial evidence for H 0 ).
The percentage of bone marrow monocyte also negatively correlated with PD-L1 expression, with borderline significance (r = − 0.153, 95% CI − 0.321–0.025; P = 0.092; Fig. 2 C).
3 , and the non-linear test was marginally significant for pre-frail transition ( p = 0.092) and not significant for frail transition ( p = 0.225).
Slope of the regression line for the MIPS size on eccentricity was steeper in older adults than in young adults, which was marginally significant, Welch’s t-test: t 17.78 = 1.78, p = 0.092, d = 0.63.
Relative risk of diabetes increased following radiotherapy ( p < 0.001), and there was a borderline significant increasing trend per treatment ( p = 0.092).
The further interaction with the factor of “ Group ” revealed a statistical trend, F (2, 64) = 2.48, P = 0.092, which suggested that the manipulation of top-down attention (segmentation vs. viewing) contributed to the difference between the subregions (see signal plots in Fig. 2 ).
However, its relation with the overall survival of patients is marginally significant (Log Rank p = 0.092).
For probability weighting, post hoc tests revealed a significant sex difference under high stress ( F 1,28 = 4.218, p = 0.049) and a trend towards significance for low versus high stress within females ( F 1,36 = 2.990, p = 0.092), without other differences.
