[ 65 ] found a borderline significant ( p = 0.06) reduction in the average number of residents’ responsive behaviors per minute and significant improvements of oral health scores.
SCG 5 (51.2%) and other SCG (72.7%) (p = 0.002), and less likely to have infiltrates in the upper lung: SCG 3b (80.0%), 5 (95.3%), and 4 or 6a (100.0%), with the differences being marginally significant (p = 0.060).

Participants showed a trend toward an interaction between syllable length and phoneme duration by subjects [F 1 (3,147) = 2.5, p = .06] and a significant interaction between these variables at the item level [F 2 (3,72) = 2.74, p = .05].

After adjustment for BMI, basal FNDC5 expression was positively associated with fasting insulin levels (p = 0.0326, Figure 4F ) and showed a trend towards positive association with HOMA-IR (p = 0.06).

When the consistent group is considered, performance continued to increase between phase 2 and 3, though this effect only approached significance (β = −10.6, SE = 5.46, t = −1.94, p = 0.06).

The Malawi before-after study showed a trend towards lower mortality during the intervention period (28.6 vs. 36.9/1000 at baseline, p = 0.06), and lower infection-attributable mortality (2.4 vs. 7.3/1000, p<0.005).
For Theravada meditation, we observed a marginally significant main effect of Condition (Rest, Kasina, Vipassana): F(2,18) = 3.2, p = 0.06.
In follow-up analyses, the two-way interaction between Group (i.e., Treatment-group) and Session was borderline significant for regulars ( B = −.03; t (2572) = 1.88, p = .06) but not for irregulars ( B = .02; t (2572) = .97, p = .33).
From 0.5 till 3.5 minutes after extra long pre-exposure (4.3 minutes) the predominance of the alternative percept was significantly larger than the baseline measure (time-bins 2-5 and 7: all t>3.0, all p<0.05; time-bin 6 was marginally significant: t = 2.2, p = 0.06).
There was a nearly significant improvement in predicting the risk of rejection with the HLA-G level on D8 (p = 0.06).

Similarly, the association between group and change in LDL cholesterol approached significance after accounting for the influence of BMI change ( p = .06; Table 6 , top panel; Fig 3 ).
In the Benjamini-Hochberg FDR tests, all of the observed significant interactions were substantially reduced and we found borderline significant interactions for VDR rs1544410 ( Bsm1 , p = 0.06), rs731236 ( Taq1 , p = 0.06), rs7975232 ( Apa1 , p = 0.06) and AGT rs699 (p = 0.06).
There was also a marginally significant interaction effect ( b = .53, t (49) = 1.90, p = .06, d = .54), indicating that when participants wore the HoloLens, those who interacted with a partner that was virtually occluded by the Stanford logo felt marginally less connected to their partner than participants who interacted with a partner that was not virtually occluded ( b = .85, t (49) = 2.17, p = .03).
Among other factors with marginal significance CD4 T-cell count (β = −0.21, P = 0.06) and age (β = −0.20, P = 0.06) were noted ( Table 3 ).
Three other genes showed the most positively skewed MK indices (with higher ratio of nonsynonymous to synonymous polymorphisms than fixed differences), two of which were significant ( Pf92/6-cys and rhop148 , P<0.05), and one nearly significant ( Pf38/6-cys ; P = 0.06) ( Table 1 ).
