1b , there is a clear trend showing that the more recurrently mutated a gene locus is, the larger the fraction of proteins showing statistically significant correlation between metaVIPER-inferred protein activity and mutational state.
Highly significant correlations were observed bilaterally in the VS and DLPFC ROIs.
In fact, at 6 weeks post-administration of the higher AAV dose, Pcsk9 transcript levels were indistinguishable from non-treated controls and serum protein levels displayed an increasing trend relative to earlier time points.
The fermionic exciton is clearly significantly different from the more conventional bosonic exciton 1 , 57 , 60 that has been discussed in the context of semimetals and narrow gap semiconductors.
We made further important observations regarding the WHRadjBMI-derived variants: (iv) All 53 WHRadjBMI-derived variants had nominally significant effects on WHR ( P WHR < 0.05, i.e., no spurious associations, weakest WHR association observed in GIANT P WHR = 7.5 × 10 −3 , Supplementary Data 1 ).

In addition, echocardiography showed an increasing trend in the left ventricular wall and myocardial contractility as evidenced by a greater ejection fraction and fractional shortening in the hyperinsulinemic monkeys at 40 months of follow-up studies (Fig. 2k, l ).
Consequently, there is an important trend toward the adoption of 3D cell culture systems 22 , 30 , 31 that is driving the need for new imaging approaches that can support volumetric imaging of microscale spatial variations in ECM mechanics across time.
The data were ordered such that a z C > 0 indicates an increasing trend while a z C < 0 indicates a decreasing trend.
This finding is corroborated by a generalized linear model showing a highly significant effect of the alien Jaccardian index and its highly significant interaction with the alien foraging efficiency (Table 3 ).
A clear trend is observed in the excitation energy dependence of Δ A * , with a seven-fold signal increase between 1100 and 650 nm excitation.

By focusing on interactions in regions of borderline significant genetic associations, we were able to identify potentially physiologically relevant target genes of GWAS SNPs through functional rather than proximity considerations.
Interestingly, mean annual body mass of juveniles corrected for seasonality also exhibits a negative trend over the study period, and these data also show a much better fit to an OU-model than to a neutral model (Supplementary Table 2 , Supplementary Figure 3 ).
A 30% reduction in [MTX] brain/plasma was observed in response to TY-52156, a statistical trend (Supplementary Fig. 10 ).
If Dx had an effect size that is comparable to the effect of gene then that effect would be detected by our model-based inference, since the effect of gene is highly significant.
Signal C, while exhibiting comparable total ASR between the two haplotypes, had more hQTLs with highly significant CHT p -values coming from the HLA-DR3 haplotype compared to the HLA-DR15 haplotype ( N = 261 vs.
Unexpectedly, however, we observed a significant trend reversal for a substantial numbers of phosphopeptides.
During a period with positive SAM trends at high-latitudes (60°–55° S), MLD showed an increasing trend (Fig. 3d ), suggesting an increase in vertical mixing that will entrain more subsurface waters with low pH and Ω arag into the mixed layer (Fig. 5a, b ), which enhances acidification rates.
In contrast, in the mid-latitude band (50°–45° S), MLD showed a decreasing trend during a positive SAM trend (Fig. 3l ), suggesting a decrease in vertical mixing that will entrain less subsurface waters into the mixed layer (Fig. 5a, b ), which suppresses acidification rates.
Acute treatment with TPA023B (1 mg kg −1 , i.p.) caused a highly significant reduction in the number of scratching bouts (determined during the interval 15–210 min after drug injection) (Fig. 8a ; for potential effects of i.p.
Finally, when we examined downregulation of long genes from the GRO-seq (global nuclear run-on with high-throughput sequencing) data collected from these mice, we confirmed a marginal significance in the downregulation of long genes, but upregulation of long genes was not observed in whole-cell RNA-seq data (Supplementary Fig. 4 ).
This is because vesicles with a size comparable to the wavelength of light stop acting like point particles and show an increasing trend in scattering intensity with decreasing volume 69 at the scattering angle used for measurements (90°).
Defects in PHR1 and YJL218W result in a minor increase in GCR patch score in the sGCR assay, which is of borderline significance, and no increase in the dGCR and uGCR assays 6 .
Highly significant is the much larger distance between the chiral GNR building blocks inducing the bulk N*-LC helical arrangement with a spatially constant helical pitch compared to any other chiral additive reported to date.
