The testicular germ cell tumor (TGCT) bleomycin gene expression model did not quite reach significance, though it is worth mentioning that for the edgeR feature selection and L2 logistic regression modeling method it was close ( p = 0.077).
The difference across platforms in the moderating effect of partisanship on the treatment effect was significant for people who voted for Trump versus those who did not ( p = 0.033), marginally significant for participants’ preference for the Democratic versus Republican party ( p = 0.078), and not significant for Democratic versus Republican party membership ( p = 0.198); although these results should be interpreted cautiously in light of low statistical power.
Vaginal microbiota composition and CIN2 disease clearance Time to clearance of CIN according to VMB composition at genus level showed a trend towards slower clearance with a Lactobacillus -depleted VMB ( p = 0.078, Log-rank test, Fig. 6 ).
In addition, a multiple regression revealed that preference for diversity was in the predicted direction (associated positively with liberal ideology), but the effect was tiny and only of marginal significance ( p = 0.078) (see Table 1 ).
The HDP-PRS was significantly associated with incident ASCVD across all MetS subgroups and consistently across lifestyle groups, though marginally significant in the unfavorable lifestyle group ( P = 0.079) (Supplementary Tables 10 and 11 ).
The combination of composites and legumes showed negative PSFs with marginally significant effect (95% CI −0.55 to −0.03, p = 0.079) while grasses and legumes combinations showed neutral effect (95% CI −0.20 to −0.26, p = 0.81).
The WMH wGRS was not associated with the Stroop test in i-Share but showed a trend towards an association with poorer episodic memory performance in older community persons (N = 24,597, effect estimate ± SE: -0.19 ± 0.11, P = 0.08) 34 .
Of the remaining three species, the increase in mortality outside the native range was nearly significant for one ( p = 0.08) and non-significant, but still apparent, for two species moved from the warmest site to cooler, wetter sites (Fig.
Examination of lung fibroblasts from Col1a1-CreERT2;Fas −/− mice also revealed an increase in senescence score trending towards significance ( p = 0.08) (Fig. 7b ) and a Bcl-2 :senescence gene Pearson correlation of 29% ( p < 0.05) (Fig. 7c , Supplementary Table 7 ).
This phenomenon was mirrored, albeit with marginal significance, by cirrhosis, which correlates positively with MO4 (OR = 3, p = 0.08) and negatively with MO1 (OR = 0.3, p = 0.08).
We repeated the analysis above using both contextual prediction error and temporal prediction error as covariates, and observed a marginally significant modulation of dlPFC/frontopolar CTD reinstatement on RT (regression coefficient: −0.0040 ± 0.0022; t 32 = −1.81; P = 0.08, one-sample t -test; d = 0.32).
These profound individual changes were, however, masked by remarkable within-state variation among the other subjects so that the average group-level fold change following the intervention was moderate and only borderline significant (log 10 FC=−0.39; P =0.08; paired Wilcoxon test).
4a ), we found a significant interaction between time-period and layer effects ( F = 30.34, P = 0.0004) at 10–25 Hz and a marginally significant interaction ( F = 3.90, P = 0.080) and period effect ( F = 3.75, P = 0.085) at 25–40 Hz (Supplementary Fig. 4a ), as well as a significant layer effect during the cue and delay periods (Fig. 3b ; F = 11.58, P = 0.0078 for cue; F = 5.54, P = 0.043 for delay).
For observations, the second-order trend is positive for almost all trend lengths (with a small range of marginally insignificant trends with lengths between 74 and 78 years, all with 0.05 < p -value < 0.08), reflecting that ΔSST west-east is increasing at a growing rate (Fig. 4b, c ).
A decreasing trend with age was similarly seen for FDG BBB PS in white matter and cerebellum but associations only approached significance ( P = 0.08 and P = 0.05, respectively).
Within our stratified analysis by type of therapy, for anti-PD1/PD-L1 monotherapy, we observed an OR per SD of 1.25 (95% CI = 0.88−1.78, p = 0.21) for all-grade IMC, while a slightly stronger and nominally significant association was seen for severe IMC (OR per SD = 1.47, 95% CI = 0.96−2.25, p = 0.08).
Analysis of the frequencies of mDCs and non-classical monocytes in the PLN showed a trend ( p = 0.08, Spearman's rank) toward correlating with higher levels of viral loads in this tissue, but fell short of statistical significance (Fig. 4d ).
However, only marginally significant differences were found for the phylogenetic membership (AMOVA on the unweighted UniFrac distance, P =0.08, Supplementary Fig. 6 ).
When predictive and nonpredictive events were separately compared across delay conditions, speeded RT over time for predictive actions was marginally significant ( t (23) = 1.85, p = 0.08), while slower RT over time for nonpredictive actions was not significant ( t (23) = 1.57, p = 0.13).
The same pattern of movement biases observed in single-target trials was also apparent for non-intermediate (direct) movements in dual-target trials ( μ d in the mixture model; two-way ANOVA, main effect of speed, F (1,15)=70.81, P <0.001 and a marginally significant interaction between speed and eccentricity, F(3,15)=2.30, P =0.08).
The amount of overlap in the top n genes was statistically significantly higher than expected for three species pairs, and marginally non-significant ( p < 0.08) for an additional two species pairs, such that we found some evidence of non-random overlap for 5/6 species pairs (Supplementary Table 9 ).
