Further, when using reward expectancy neurons only, no increase in the decoder’s performance was observed (Δ performance = +0.01 ± 0.02 with n = 30 neurons, p = 0.21), while there was a statistical trend increase in the decoder’s performance when excluding reward expectancy neurons (Δ performance = +0.10 ± 0.04 with n = 99 neurons, p = 0.059).

A difference in survival, trending towards significance, was seen between WT ( n = 11) relative to CD8 KO mice ( n = 9; p = 0.06), implanted with kinome KO GL261 glioma cells (Fig. 1c ), suggestive of CD8 T-cell-mediated selection in WT mice implanted with kinome KO GL261 glioma cells.
albicans (partial Spearman P = 0.015, R 2 = 0.57) and a clear trend with Candida genus abundance (partial Spearman P = 0.06, R 2 = 0.46; Fig.
Furthermore, a statistical trend in the interaction effect was also found F(2, 26) = 3.15, p = 0.06 in which post-hoc comparisons revealed that only in the opsin condition animals at phase 20 cm kept significantly increased defensive distances compared to phase 10 cm as well as to phase none ( p < 0.05 and p < 0.001) respectably, while no differences were found within the control group.

In the Baby Animals task, generalization accuracy was significantly associated with age, β = 0.01, SE = 0.001, t (180.6) = 8.90, p < 0.001, 95% CI [0.008, 0.012], and showed a trend toward a significant association with verbal intelligence, β = 0.003, SE = 0.002, t (180.0) = 1.90, p = 0.060, 95% CI [−0.0001, 0.007].

Mutant frontal OFs showed a trend of greater area compared to WT (2053 ± 411 μm 2 , n = 6, compared to 1562 ± 381 μm 2 , n = 6, p = 0.06), and mutant parietal OFs had a significantly greater area compared to WT (1773 ± 281 μm 2 , n = 6, compared to 1231 ± 355 μm 2 , n = 6, p = 0.02).
CD14 + monocytes were lowest in LDs and exhibited a marginally significant decreasing trend in LDs when compared to SDs ( p = 0.06).
Within the generalized estimating equations model, marginally significant time × group interaction effects were found in the FACT-B scores (quality of life) from T0 to T2 ( p = 0.06; see Table 1 ).
When we remove White 20, one of two birds with the fewest numbers ( N = 3) of HVC X recorded, all but one of the remaining birds considered individually had P values < 0.001 (16 birds), with the remaining one marginally significant ( P < 0.06), and with the group data yielding values of R = –0.75 and P < 10 −4 .
Combining these regions into a meta-ROI, we observed that the AD+LB+ group exhibited faster glucose hypometabolism than the AD+LB− group at a statistical trend level ( p = 0.06, Fig. 3C ).
We found marginally significant effects (repeated measures analysis of variance (RM ANOVA), offline: F 2,22 = 3.22, P = 0.06; online: F 2,22 = 2.72, P = 0.09); however, the differences were small and the opposite direction for on- vs. offline stimulation.
When including both vmPFC effect on k g and aIns effect on k l in the choice model, the regression with NPM was only marginally significant ( p = 0.06), meaning that residual error was roughly flat (Fig. 3b ).
