Although MBON firing rates show an increasing trend, they eventually stabilise (Supplementary Fig. 5j ).
Excerpts
However, there was a highly significant increase in IFNγ-producing CD4 + T cells directed against HBV within the liver (Supplementary Fig. 1r ).
In line with this premise, subjecting larval zebrafish to a newly developed passive force assay 22 revealed that fkrp −/− mutants exhibited a severe and highly significant reduction in their ability to transmit passive force (Fig. 2g ), a reduction not evident in either dag1 − / − mutants nor wild-type sibling controls (Fig. 2g ).
The η (or α −1 ) for the industrial period includes a possibly significant contribution from an emissions-driven increase in atmospheric CO 2 concentration to the climate–carbon feedback.
During that time, global river discharges showed a trend of decreasing N:P due to human activities and P was considered the primary limiting nutrient in surface waters 95 .
Main effects of Group were highly significant for all three questions ( ps < 1.0 × 10 −13 ), driven by lower ratings of the NSC group.
5a, b ), but only showed a trend of inhibition of the potency of zinc disulfiram and did not impact Zn(DTSM) (Fig. 5c, d ).
extremely significantqualified
p < 0.05 is considered to be statistically significant and p < 0.01 is extremely significant.
In addition, animals in the 3M-052-Alum group showed a trend towards lower lung pathology compared to animals in the Alum alone group.
The phosphoproteomes of fresh-frozen and formalin-fixed cells also showed a good correlation with Pearson correlation coefficients of 0.7–0.9 ( p < 0.01), an expected trend, considering that the variability is generally higher on the (phospho-)peptide level (Supplementary Fig. 5B ).
a clear trendgold
By comparing vulnerabilities under two different concentration pathways (RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0), our study reveals a clear trend of decreasing climate vulnerabilities from RCP 6.0 to RCP 2.6 for all crops, and for most of the exporting locations.
Motif enrichment analysis of the differentially open regions in the NR identified a highly significant overrepresentation of the homeobox and sox TF binding motifs (Fig. 4a ; Supplementary Data 7 ).
When their average distance to the closest transcription start site (TSS) was examined, we observed a significant trend: both for NR and RPE peaks, activating CREs tend to occupy positions closer to the TSS than the repressing regions (Supplementary Fig. 5c ).
an overall trendgold
There was an overall trend of decreasing \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\langle \dot{\epsilon }\rangle$$\end{document} ⟨ ε ̇ ⟩ with increasing number of taps (Fig. 4 ).
However, this result contrasts with recent results showing that tyrannosaur juveniles outcompeted smaller theropods 109 , although we estimated marginally non-significant competition in North American carnivores (tyrannosaurs over dromaeosaurs; Supplementary Table 3 ).
Unsurprisingly, Chlamydiaceae show a highly significant association with animal host-associated microbiomes (Fig. 6b ).
At 6–8 weeks post TAM, LOH tumors showed a trend toward increased tumor numbers and significant increases in tumor size compared to both “no LOH” control groups (Fig. 1c, d ).
an overall trendgold
It was difficult to quantify this improvement based on data recorded in the caregiver diary for most cases, but an overall trend towards an increase in the number of hours of sleep per night can be observed, and for Subject 2, the improvement in sleep quantity was dramatic (Fig. 4d ).
a strong trendgold
The larger subpopulation of cells (subcluster 0) included a subgrouping of cells, highly expressing CCL19 showing a strong trend toward more SSc fibroblasts (Fig. 3b ), the SSc CCL19 + fibroblasts clustering separately from the control CCL19 + fibroblasts (Fig. 2c ), expressing higher levels of CCL19 (Fig. 3a ) and localizing primarily perivascularly (Supplementary Fig. 4 ).
Indeed, we found significantly lower levels of β-coronavirus specific antibodies in infected children than adults, and there was a significant trend for both increased SARS-CoV-2 specific T cell responses and OC43-specific IgG with increasing age.
Recently, similar results were found in healthy adults as HKU-1 IgG showed an increasing trend with SARS-CoV-2 specific T cell responses of memory phenotype in uninfected adults 15 .
It is to note that in those who had the virus, but not in the others, highly significant positive correlations were present among the percentage of LDN (boxed in green in the first column) among mononuclear cells and plasma levels of molecules such as CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, CCL-5, CCL11, CCL19, CD40L, CXCL1, CXCL2, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-10, IL-13, IL-17E, IL-33, PDGF-AA, PDGF-AB/BB, EGF, IFN-α, and IFN-γ.
Lastly, iron content in cecal contents was not different between the groups but showed a trend of increased levels in both VSG groups (Fig. 3j ).
a clear trendgold
Extending the handle duplex closer to the 5′ end thus produced a clear trend, suppressing N but enhancing N′ (Fig. 3d and Supplementary Table 3 ).
a slight trendgold
However, for both PV and VM neurons there were more well-myelinated axons below the identity line, suggesting that there was a slight trend toward loss of myelin after recovery (ΔPLM for axons with >75% PLM at baseline, PV: median: –6%, range: [–82%, 15%]; VM: median: –8%, range: [–90%, 10%]) (Fig. 5e, f ).
