As many of these CH and blood cell traits are interrelated, we report associations that do not adjust for stringent multiple testing corrections and caution against the overinterpretation of marginally significant associations.

Nonetheless, there is an increasing trend towards the adoption of hybrid wind and solar systems, which offer advantages such as maximizing land utilization and reducing storage requirements 53 , 54 (see results for hybrid system in Suppl.

BVOs treated with PFK15 in the presence of recombinant CTGF displayed a robust and highly significant increase in PC coverage in recombinant CTGF-treated PFK15 BVOs (Fig. 8c ).

1e ), which effectively reduces cloud reflection of solar radiation, indicated by a positive trend in the top-of-atmosphere (TOA) SW cloud radiative effects (SWCRE) (Fig. 1c ), and generates excessive heating at the surface.

In contrast, in the low ECS models as indicated by MPI-ESM2-LR, the variability of extratropical low clouds is mainly dominated by a low-top cloud regime, which exhibits a seasonal cycle that largely follows the lower-tropospheric stability, i.e., with a maximum in summer and a minimum in winter, and lacks a significant trend under a warming climate.

While a decreasing trend in the extratropical ascending motion with recent warming is also evident in the low ECS models including MPI-ESM2-LR (Fig. 4c ), the change in tropospheric vertical motion tends to not effectively affect low clouds in these models due to a decoupling between LCF and the vertically-extended clouds as previously discussed.

While an increasing trend in SWCRE during 1980–2014 is found in the high ECS models, which tends to be supported by the Clouds and the Earth’s Radiant Energy System (CERES) satellite observations 31 , almost no trend is detected in the low ECS models (Fig. 4d ).

To explore width dependence, we measured three samples with different widths, all of 52-nm thick, and the results show an increasing trend with the sample width, as shown in Supplementary Fig. 2 .

When compared with the telogen dataset that served here as wild-type control (CT), hundreds of genes changed expression in Cdh5 + perineurial cells due to Alk1 loss, and of these, 53 changed by >3x, which is highly significant in single-cell analysis (Supplementary Table 1 ).

After the drip water comes in contact with cave air, calcite precipitates with a decreasing trend while Mg/Ca and δ 18 O of the solution are increasing (Fig.

The δ 18 O records from northern MSEA and Sumatra instead show decreased values during the early Holocene and an increasing trend after (Fig. 2d, e and h ), which is consistent with summer rather than autumn insolation.

S1 ); however, the range and resolution of distance to hospital data were not enough to identify a strong trend.

We also observe an increasing trend indicating that the insertion gain increases with the optical depth of the medium.

According to the time-course expression patterns, band 1 and band 2 appeared at the mid-logarithmic phase (8 h) and increased gradually thereafter, while band 3 was enriched in the early logarithmic phase (4 h), and band 4 showed a decreasing trend with growth.

The coefficient on farmland ownership is highly significant and reduces the impacts of food inflation on wasting by nearly half.

Depletion of PDS5A or PDS5B alone did not show a clear trend, suggesting the partly redundant function of PDS5A and PDS5B 24 .

As power density decreases, R values display an increasing trend, and D * values show a similar variation, with their maximum values estimated to be ~1.1 mA W −1 and 2.3 × 10 10 Jones, respectively (Supplementary Table 6 ), verifying that light-induced pyroelectric effect can effectively enhance photoresponsivity and detectivity.

Nevertheless, despite this additional reactivity, from these experiments a clear trend can be defined: increasing the substituent length at the para -position from a methyl to an ethyl, propyl, butyl, or pentyl functional group is correlated with lower total turnover numbers (Fig. 3d ).

Myeloid and lymphoid cell lineages became more abundant, with a highly significant increase in macrophages (0.6% vs. 0.08%), B cells (0.13% vs. 0.015%), dendritic cells (0.45% vs. 0.18%), DN T cells (2.22% vs. 0.94%), and cytotoxic NK cells (0.32% vs. 0.11%).

For example, the synthetic allopolyploids showed a trend similar to that of the natural diploid A. halleri at the beginning and to the diploid A. lyrata later in the second year at the Swiss site.

There was a clear trend as the MKI67 levels increased along the PC1 (Fig. 5d ).

These data reveal an overall trend whereby axon extension of the medial vs medial, lateral vs lateral and commissural vs commissural projections may have fixed rates in absolute time, being broadly comparable between species in absolute days.

In qualitative contrast, for d < 60 nm, L deviates from L ∝ d and exhibits an increasing trend as d deceases, resulting in a faster deformation rate than homogeneous flow (Fig. 1c, d and Supplementary Fig. 2 ).

In Argentina, diversity appeared to decrease between 1989–1999 and 2000–2012 before increasing again in 2013–2019, with an overall trend of increased pathotype diversity over time (Table 2 ).

For further analyses between genes with pLOF variants and our proteomic dataset, we considered 95 AB, 161 PH and 7 PPI genes as moderately significant genes with pLOF variants associated with severe disease (FDR < 0.1) to include more genes with smaller effects (Fig. 4B–D ).
