All of the individual statins examined showed a trend of a reduced risk of variable magnitude without differences regarding lipophilicity, while moderate and high intensity of treatment seems to present a greater effect.
Excerpts
Association of Statins with CRC by Active Principle, Lipophilicity and Intensity By active principle, we found a trend of a reduced risk with the current use of all statins, albeit statistically significant results were only reached with simvastatin (AOR = 0.86; 95% CI: 0.80–0.93) and rosuvastatin (AOR = 0.58; 95% CI: 0.41–0.83), being marginally significant for atorvastatin (AOR = 0.92; 95% CI: 0.84–1.00; Table 3 ).
a clear trendgold
However, despite the reduced number of patients, the analysis suggested a clear trend towards a greater PFS and OS in the pro-immunogenic group, as might be expected.
Interestingly, PSBM9 was not selected under our criteria but almost reached statistical significance in our study (FDR = 0.01 and log 2 Fold Change = 0.96, upregulated in the pro-immunogenic subgroup) which suggests that our biomarker filtering criteria could perhaps be reassessed in order to identify additional genes with potential as biomarkers.
Tumors defined as pro-tumorigenic showed a trend to accumulate certain molecular aberrations and were found in a higher proportion of relapsed patients.
Nevertheless, COP patients showed a trend toward fewer permanent ECG changes after TAVR supporting the previously seen decrease in conduction disturbances.
Of interest is the finding that the MAP < 91 mmHg group also showed a trend toward longer exposure to hemodialysis, as well as a trend toward a longer waiting time before transplantation.
The Cox regression with time-dependent covariates showed similar results, except for the association between congestive heart failure and death, which was marginally significant with the logistic regression and significant with the time-dependent Cox model ( Table S2 ). 3.7.
a positive trendgold
It should be emphasized that the LD patients had not shown any improvement with patching for 6 months; nevertheless, in the PL training, the mean BCVA increased from 0.63 ± 0.11 to 0.32 ± 0.09, with an improvement of 0.31, and the AULCSF in the CS increased from 0.49 ± 0.15 to 1.06 ± 0.20, which is encouraging and reveals a positive trend for the PL group.
Age showed a significant trend in the multivariate analysis.
In the various statistical models, atrial fibrillation doubled the risk of all-cause mortality, and the significant associations were fairly consistent, although only a tendency toward significance was found after we adjusted for body mass index in addition to the other cofounders.
Only delirium was trending towards significance in the CEPD group.
In contrast, the quantity of CEC in the control group observed on a quarter of polycarbonate membrane filter increased after the therapy from 2.0 ± 0.3 (1–6 cells) to 2.4 ± 0.3 (1–6 cells), corresponding to an increasing trend in CEC level from 400 ± 60 to 470 ± 70 cell/mL ( Figure 1 A); however, this increase did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.28).
Comparing patients with CD with active and inactive disease showed a trend of increased levels of thromboxane B2, leukotriene B4 and 9S-HODE (hydroxyoctadecadienoic acid) in the active versus the inactive disease.
Furthermore, the value of TOI showed an increasing trend upon the initiation of chest compressions but decreased from 47.8% to 46.4% during the interruption between chest compressions.
Comparing PFMT with and without physiotherapist guidance, there was no difference in leakage reduction and treatment adherence, although the guided PFMT group showed a trend towards better treatment compliance [ 46 ].
Most patients show an increasing trend in T 1ρ values.
We found that Arab ICH patients showed a trend to suffer more often from hypertension.
Calculation of the incidence by division of each period into one-year intervals revealed that the number of patients was 1, 1.5, and 4.2 per year in groups A, B, and C, respectively, demonstrating an increasing trend in the incidence.
In 2019, the Portuguese pharmacovigilance database received 2337 valid ADR reports related to older patients, an increasing trend that was already observed in another study in Portugal [ 25 ].
Of note, patients with an FIB-4 score ≥ 2.0 aged 51 to 60 years showed a trend towards a higher incidence of anxiety disorders ( Table 3 ). 4.
admission; nevertheless, only a statistical trend over significance was observed, and therefore, this variable was further excluded from the final model.
incredibly significantqualified
This racial discrepancy in IOP is incredibly significant for clinicians to consider as IOP reduction is currently the only therapy for preventing or limiting disease progression.
There may be significant inter-observer and intra-observer variability with poor repeatability and manual processing is laborious and time-consuming.
This is similar to a previous study that reported non-significant or weakly significant correlations between clinical parameters [ 18 ], with correlation coefficients of <0.2.
