Even though the ADP contents of CHX-exposed fresh islets were only moderately lower (marginally significant at 25 mM glucose, Figure 10 D), the resultant ATP/ADP ratio was significantly higher prior to stimulation, during stimulation (marginally) and after exposure to CCCP ( Figure 10 F).

Most insecticide treatments showed a declining trend in bacterial diversity and abundance, whereas an increasing trend was observed in the control.
