et al., A correlation was found between rs3766355 of the PTGFR gene and response to latanoprost, and, although there was no correlation between rs3766355 with response to latanoprost on day 7, it showed a trend toward significance, and was statistically significant on day 30 [ 21 ].

Efficacy results did not reach statistical significance, but there was a positive trend [ 122 ].

In our work, the lack of a clear trend of expression for various genes along the infection could be due in part to the likely inherent variability of a mixed cell population.

UPF3b and SMG9 showed a trend (respectively, a decrease at 6 h and an increase at 9 h post-infection) that did not reach a significant difference.

Finally, when comparing HFD to LFD, ENSMUSG00000019710 ( MRPl24 ) and ENSMUSG00000019987 ( ARG1 ) were most closely approaching significance.

However, these effects appear to be somewhat complex and were largely driven by reductions in several saturated or monounsaturated containing PC species, as well as LPE (22:5) and FFA (22:5), and overall PC content, with a notable trend in reduced CER levels.

Consistent with these in vitro data, CD47 mRNA expression in TCGA melanomas had highly significant positive correlations with MCL1, CD40LG, TIGIT, and TNF mRNA expression ( Figure 6 E–H, Table 1 ).

An increasing trend of co-infection events is observed, from 0.33% samples sequenced in January which raises up to 1.63% by March, although in April and May seems to reduce again ( Figure 3 ). 2.3.

It is interesting to note how April and May show a decreasing trend in both co-infections and recombinants as the new omicron lineages take over the existing lineages (see Figure 1 A).

However, parallel intake of EPS-AN8 with a higher dose of Cd showed a trend in decreasing IL-10 production when compared to the 50 ppm Cd group, but those changes were not statistically significant. 2.6.

In fact, both transcripts were reduced in C57BL/6J females fed a Ketogenic diet and showed a trend towards downregulation in females fed the American diet ( Figure 1 g,h), whereas they were both induced in FVB/NJ females fed with these diets ( Figure 1 i,j).

Thrb mRNA was reduced in females exposed to 1 mg/kg/day CPF and increased at higher doses ( Figure 5 i), whereas Thra mRNA showed a decreasing trend at any dose ( Figure S3h ).

In this cohort, we found a near statistical significance for age, sex, median IGF-I before treatment, granulation pattern, and SST2 IRS ( Table 1 ).

Starch Content and Starch Accumulation in TRs The contents of amylose and amylopectin in TRs showed an increasing trend with increasing DAT, as well as the total starch content, and were significantly reduced with the SRWC decreasing ( Figure 2 ), as well as starch accumulation.

They also observed that higher miR-200b-3p, higher miR-190a and lower miR-512-5p expression levels showed a trend towards reaching a higher pCR rate, but there was no statistically significant difference compared to the non-pCR group [ 137 ].

Due to synergistic or additive effects, exposure to several chemicals in a mixture may be significant.

In this study, we observed an increasing trend of miR-9-5p in HPV-positive tumours ( Figure 1 ).

A p -value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant, and p < 0.01 and p < 0.001 were considered highly significant.

While there was not good evidence that loss of MR from Sox9 + -supporting cells influences the early dynamics of threshold recovery following noise exposure, our data clearly showed a trend in recovery from 10 to 30 dpn that ended with a state of hypersensitive ABR thresholds.

While these data indicated a strong trend for a differential recovery of ABR thresholds between groups, strict statistical significance was not attained.

We also observed that pharmacological FXR activation did not significantly alter glucose absorption in wild-type mice, although a slight trend towards acceleration in glucose appearance rate was observed in the initial phase after bolus administration.

The relative expression level of PtSRO2f in group IIb also displayed an increase first and then a decreasing trend, where expression was highest at 48 h.
