Considering the complicated subgrouping pattern of breast cancer and the imbalanced distribution patterns, it is quite significant to extract key biomarkers for the detailed and accurate subgrouping of breast cancer.
Excerpts
While all candidate RGs except CYP show an increasing trend in the leaves of plants exposed to salt, both non-significant increasing and decreasing trends were observed in the roots of the plants exposed to the same conditions.
While a similar trend was observed under cold and heat conditions in the roots for most candidate RGs, CYP and β-TUB show a significant increasing trend and GAPDH displays a decreasing trend.
The differences in calcium concentration detected in Raman and AFM dishes were highly significant for both FCS- and hPL-cultured JPCs.
However, in NEA groups, the ratios of Th2/Th1 have an increasing trend but was not considered statistically significant, even after treating with RWC either individually or in combination.
After four weeks of telmisartan treatment, we found a highly significant decrease of systolic blood pressure in K14-IL-17A ind/+ and IL-17A ind/+ control mice compared to sham-treated littermates ( Figure 1 b).
Compared to placebo there was a highly significant inhibitory effect on joint destruction of infliximab, etanercept, adalimumab, certolizumab, and golimumab, which was about 0.9% per year as monotherapy and about 1.2% per year when combined with MTX.
The overall stability as predicted by the FoldX algorithm [ 32 ] was higher in oscillating proteins when compared to non-oscillating proteins (although with a barely detectable statistically significant difference), whereas the terms represented by interresidue Van der Waals’ clashes and electrostatic interaction ( Table S8 ) between molecules in the precomplex were significantly different.
Further analysis showed that high MMP8 levels in plasma correlated with tumor stage IV and showed a trend (statistically not significant) towards favorable outcomes [ 77 ]. 2.1.2.2.
Prognostic Value In Patients With Glioma Beyond the diagnostic accuracy, PET/CT parameters, and particularly the TBR, may be significant prognostic factors in patients with glioma.
An analysis of this data including patients with FSG ≤ 5 times increased (≤500 pg/mL) in that study ( Figure 2 B) demonstrates that there is a highly significant direct correlation between any increase in FSG and the degree of increase in the ECL proliferative change without any apparent threshold effect.
These results were consistent with previous studies that an increasing trend of flavonoid synthesis is found in pepper under HS [ 56 ].
In this study, weak light treatment could significantly decrease the content of four hormones compared with normal light ( Figure 8 ), but the hormone content showed an increasing trend after exogenous Ca 2+ application.
KRT19 expression showed a trend of increase in bovine and human NP cells cultured in FBG-HA hydrogels after 7 and 14 days, although this was not significant. 2.3.
From 300 ns onwards, ligand and protein RMSD plots showed a trend with RMSD < 2 Å because of a complex stability.
However, the pooled ORG was borderline non-significant after excluding low-quality studies [pooled ORG (95%CI) all studies: 0.88 (0.79–0.98), high quality studies 0.90 (0.81–1.00)].
Although an increasing trend of DIP angles were found for Seprafilm ® and HAFB groups, they fell short of the normal FDP tendon value and only the HAFB group showed statistical improvement of DIP angle from the control group.
a slight trendgold
However, at the moment we cannot count these results enough reliable: One more work has shown only a slight trend to this direction [ 107 ], and the last one did not find any correlation between current HLA-E allele and clinical outcome of HSC transplantation [ 108 ].
However, a decreasing trend was observed after all the PA treatments, with the highest degree in the case of the SPM treatment.
has shown a highly significant association between the breast cancer risk and circadian pathway variation ( p -value 1.9 × 10 −6 ) The top genes and number of SNPs involved in cancer development were RORA and RORB (eight SNPs and five SNPs, respectively); other significant genes with single SNPs were PER1 (two SNPs), ARNTL , CRY2 , CLOCK , CRY1 , and RORC , in order of significance.
Whether in the retina or pineal, the expression of the TPH1 gene showed a trend of low during the day and high during the night [ 26 ], which was consistent with the rule of melatonin synthesis [ 27 ].
Women with GDM had significantly higher fasting ( p < 0.001) and 1 h oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) ( p < 0.01) glucose concentrations compared to women without GDM, while 2 h OGTT ( p = 0.07) glucose concentrations showed a trend towards significance.
Reduction in proline levels prevents the constant outflow of resources from the mycelia to senescent sporocarps, whereas ornithine levels exhibit an increasing trend during growth [ 19 ].
a strong trendgold
There was a strong trend for lower trabecular bone volume fraction in female vertebrae compared with male vertebrae, which, however, did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.1).
Notably, ZNF611 (residing within the chr19:53,000,000–54,000,000 locus) displays highly significant enrichment for binding across all SVA subfamilies, with a p -value of 1.14 × 10 −320 for enrichment at SVA A–D and F elements, and 7.8 × 10 −200 at SVA E elements. 2.2.
