3 Result 3.1 Temporal trends in environmental factors A significant increasing trend in atmospheric CO 2 and a decreasing trend in stable carbon isotopic values of air were observed during 1980–2015.
Excerpts
a clear trendgold
As a result, 33 out of the 1,052 DEMs were significantly different among the six groups of DEMs, and 25 DEMs showed a clear trend of gradient accumulation ( Figure 5D ; Supplementary Table S3 ).
In contrast, cluster 6 showed a trend of “increase from 0d to 7d and decrease from 7d to 28d”, reflecting a dynamic balance between metabolic activation in the early cultivation stage and metabolic inhibition in the later stage.
an overall trendgold
In-depth analysis based on the culture time-dependent variation data of secondary metabolites presented in Table 6 revealed that sesquiterpenoids (including those with agarwood-characteristic skeletons) exhibited an overall trend of “increase–decrease–recovery”.
In the phenotypic analyses of WT and idd9 ( Figure 4A ), WT has about four CRs (WT: 3.9 ± 0.34), the number of CRs in the idd9 showed an increasing trend, with idd9–1 having about six CRs ( idd9-1 : 5.8 ± 0.37) and idd9–2 having about seven ( idd9-2 : 6.2 ± 0.40).
Among the findings, fruit longitudinal diameters showed a highly significant positive correlation with fruit transverse diameters and fruit index, and a highly significant negative correlation with flesh firmness.
Dry matter weight With a reduction in N application rate, the DMW at different growth stages and phases showed a trend of N100>N80>N60 ( Tables 3 , 4 ).
3.6 Analysis of correlations between carbon fractions and aggregates, enzyme activities, and their influencing factors under different treatments As shown in Figure 4 , correlation analysis revealed significant to highly significant positive correlations among soil carbon fractions.
After the individual application of biochar and green manure (T2 and T3), the soil pH, OM, TN, AP, and AK contents showed an increasing trend compared with T1.
SOC, TN, and C:N exhibited an increasing trend with increasing elevation, with SOC and TN markedly higher in the B9 belt compared to others belts.
Soil nitrogen content showed a highly significant positive correlation with leaf nitrogen content, with both variables pointing in the same direction on the RDA1 axis, indicating that increased soil nitrogen significantly elevated leaf nitrogen content.
Varietal effects were also significant or highly significant for multiple key traits, including fruit length, weight per fruit, length of fruit end, fruit diameter, vitamin C content and so on, demonstrating the presence of exploitable genetic variation within the population and providing a solid basis for improving yield, quality, and nutritional value.
All fitted logistic models achieved highly significant correlation coefficients ( Table 3 ).
YM25 and ZM27 exhibited a substantial yield advantage over YM1, which was primarily attributed to their superior sink capacity, specifically higher TKW and kernel per spike, but spikes showed a decreasing trend ( Figures 3B, C ).
a weak trendgold
The wider 95% confidence interval for this index (CI: 0.05-0.98) suggests a weak trend toward higher fungal diversity being associated with increased adult abundance.
In the 125 to 198 count size categories, thinning treatments continued to have a highly significant effect overall, although the means separation indicated fewer significant differences among the treatments in the 125, 150, 175 and 198 categories.
N addition and their interaction all exerted significant direct effects on mixed pasture yield, among which their interaction had the largest path coefficient (1.249), reaching a highly significant level.
The core pathways related to terpenoid biosynthesis and secondary metabolism remained significant after FDR correction, while pathways with marginal significance were filtered out.
With the exception of OePPO1 , all examined genes showed a trend toward higher expression in cv Bambina, although differences were statistically significant only for the two LOX family members ( Figure 2B ).
Strong and highly significant correlations were additionally found between manual TSWV evaluations and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and normalized difference red edge (NDRE) collected by unmanned aerial vehicle (drone).
Correlation analysis As shown in Figure 6 , cotton yield exhibited highly significant positive correlations with the maximum quantum efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), net photosynthetic rate (Pn), and stomatal conductance (Gs).
For Ci, monocropping treatments showed an increasing trend with planting density, particularly in 2025.
The application of organic fertilizer enhanced soybean yield and exerted a highly significant positive influence on soil ions and the SQI, while concurrently inducing a highly significant negative effect on pH, EC, and soil alkalization parameters ( Figure 9C ).
This study found that compared with the control (CK), the HCO 3 - content and sodium adsorption ratio (SAR) in the 0–10 cm and 10–20 cm soil layers were significantly reduced under organic fertilizer (T3) treatment, while they showed an increasing trend in the 20–30 cm soil layer.
Combined analysis of variance in marketable vegetable yield indicated highly significant G x E interaction, and yields of the genotypes across locations ranged from 22.34 t/ha (AVAM2413) to 43.88 t/ha (AVAM2404) ( Table 4 ).
