We found only marginally significant differences in niche breadths between the lineages ( F m = 3.3, p = 0.0436); the Orange lineage has a broader niche than the Red lineage ( p = 0.0335), while the other pairs are statistically comparable.
Once variation due to position and neighbors was removed from the data by subtracting their estimated effect from the observations, a two way analysis of variance (factors; treatment and genotype) on the SDW of the controls and rock phosphate treatment demonstrated a weakly significant effect of the rock phosphate treatment ( P = 0.045) explaining less than 1% of the variation with rock phosphate stimulating growth (84.6 vs. 83.6 mg) and no cultivar by treatment interaction, while cultivar explained 68% of the non-spatial variation.
The species are not clearly differentiated with the chloroplastidial marker, where the coefficient of fixation between species was much lower than that between populations and was at the limit of significance ( F CT = 0.31, P = 0.045; Table 2 ).
Although the initial linear coefficient was marginally significant ( p = 0.046), the overall response surface declined with dose, and the model identified 0 minutes as the optimal UV A+B exposure.
P showed a borderline significant difference between groups (5.8 mm in G1 vs. 6.3 mm in G2; P = 0.046), suggesting a possible trend worth exploring in future studies.
ANOVA also revealed a marginally significant difference for the hydrogen contents ( P < 0.047; Table 2 ), again in favor of MG38 (6.7% dry weight) compared to MIDAS (6.5% dry weight; Table 3 ).
Linear mixed-effects models showed that the seasonal effect on yield did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.054), while the effect on stability was marginally significant ( p = 0.049).
ANOVA results showed that the effect of different vermicompost concentrations on the target response value was marginally significant (F=3.45, P=0.049≈0.05), only reaching the significance level of α=0.05. 4.4.
SOD and POD activities of WL + V group increased by 61.67 and 31.36%, 103.24 and 62.70%, 115.56 and 44.79% on days 7, 14, and 21, respectively, and showed a decreasing trend on day 28 ( Figures 1G , H ; p < 0.05).
Additionally, when samples were categorized based on other important phenotypic parameters such as flower area, unripe fruits, and leaf area into different size-based clusters at specified times before fruit harvesting, a notable trend emerged: an increase in the size of these phenotypes was associated with a substantial increase in yield ( p <0.05) ( Figures 8B–D ). 3.5.
The GQI under BS75+C reached 0.669, which was higher than that of the other treatments, and showed a highly significant positive correlation with tomato yield ( P < 0.05).
3.3 Soil salt ions To investigate the effects of different treatments on soil ion content in saline cotton fields ( Tables 2 – 4 ), the results demonstrated that salt concentration, irrigation method, and their interaction had highly significant effects ( P < 0.05) on the concentrations of Ca2 + , Mg2 + , K + , Na + , HCO 3 - , Cl - , and SO 4 2 - in the 0~20 cm soil layer.
Results AMMI Analysis The combined ANOVA analysis showed highly significant ( p ≤ 0.05) genotype differences over locations and seasons suggesting that both grain and fodder yields varied across the environments.

Differences were considered significant, very significant and highly significant (indicated by *, ** , *** in the figures) if P < 0.05, P < 0.01, and P < 0.001, respectively.
Concerning PH, resulting from the two-way ANOVA, a highly significant effect of “genotype” ( p <0.001) and a slightly significant effect of “treatment” ( p <0.05) was observed, while the interaction term “genotype*treatment” was not statistically significant ( p >0.05) ( Table 6 ).
A highly significant positive correlation of AMY activity was observed with PE and PG activities ( P < 0.05) and between BMY and PG activities in chitosan-treated fruits ( P < 0.01).
In particular, summer T min exhibited an increasing trend (0.087°C/a, P < 0.05).
Network analysis of the co-occurrence of the most abundant 50 fungal species revealed that Thanatephorous showed a highly significant negative co-occurrence with Plectosphaerella and Fusarium (P < 0.05, r < -0.4).
