There is an overall trend of reduction in genetic diversity for most invasive plant species during introduction ( Dlugosch and Parker, 2008 ), although there have been rare cases of successful invaders that have shown higher levels of within population genetic diversity in the introduced range than in the native range ( Novak and Mack, 1993 ; Genton et al., 2005 ).
The response of SD, however, was generally nonsignificant to climatic factors except for PWQ and PDQ (marginally significant positive response; Table 2 ).
(2010) showed that bacteria abundance had a decreasing trend with the degree of water deficiency; however, bacteria diversity had less relevance to water content.
PBZ inhibited KO, a cytochrome P450 monooxygenase class enzyme of the GA biosynthesis pathway (Tuna et al., 2008 ); thus, a highly significant decrease in the KO enzyme transcript level was seen in all cultivars on PBZ application.
Concerning the micronutrients ( Figures 3E–H ) and non-essential elements ( Figures 3I,J ), the P deprivation in the NS led to a decreasing trend in all the elements in the roots of cucumber plants, except for Mn, but caused an increase in the concentration of Fe, Mn, and Ba in the aboveground tissues.
The shoot sheaths stored at both 25°C and 4°C showed a decreasing trend in the order of the respiration rate from the bottom > middle > upper plant parts, which was probably due to their different degrees of development.
Since growth of the transgenic lines is affected by the promoter used for the deacetylation ( Derba-Maceluch et al., 2020 ), we tested effects of constructs with the two promoters on wood chemistry and detected small but highly significant differences ( Table 2 ).
4 Results Plant Morphological and P Uptake Genotype and P level had an highly significant effect on the height of eight peach rootstocks, and there was a significant effect between genotype and P level on the height ( p< 0.05; Figure 1A ).
Unlike chlorophyll content, the Car content of different stresses showed an increasing trend with the decrease of water potential, but the differences among the three stresses were not significant ( P ≥ 0.05; Figure 4D ).
Total anthocyanin content showed an increasing trend by development stage, while the total flavonol and proanthocyanidin content decreased ( Figure 2A ).
Structural equation models demonstrated that soil water content (SWC), pH, plant coverage, plant standing biomass, soil β-D-cellobiosidase, and β-1,4-N-acetyl-glucosaminidase were crucial impact factors that eventually led to a decreasing trend in Re, and SWC, pH, β-1,4-glucosidase (BG), β-1,4-xylosidase (BX), polyphenol oxidase, soil organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, and dissolved organic carbon were crucial impact factors that resulted in changes in Rs.
Junciformes displayed a clear trend toward variables related to temperature along the first principal component, which explained 42.1% of the total variance.
In addition, Group A and Group B presented a smaller the gene structure and Group B and Group C were different in size and did not show an obvious trend.
The sagittal medial view shows a clear trend for the young-to-medium individuals and then probably exhibits a plateau, although studying additional mature specimens would be needed to confirm it.
Results in Table 2 are based on tuber length, and these results were consistent across all traits, with sampling method being highly significant, and its interaction with statistical model, non-significant.
