The comparison between the frequency of genotypes for the TLR7 rs179008 A/T polymorphism between the control and HTLV-1 groups did not show significant differences according to sex, although the frequency of the polymorphic allele (T) was greater in females in the HTLV-1 group, with a p value close to significance.

15.4 [1.5]; p = 0.020) ( Figure 3D ), and near-significant elevations in percentages of both CD8 + T cells and naïve CD4 + T cells. 4 Discussion The COVID-19 pandemic is reminiscent of the dilemma in our daily practice, which is to maintain adequate immunosuppression for controlling autoimmune diseases while risking a higher probability of non-responsiveness to vaccination ( 12 , 13 ).
Additionally, IL6 and IP10 showed a trend in faster normalization in participants discharged by day 7, compared to those still hospitalized.
In the subgroup analyses by study design, the meta-analysis of cohort studies and case-control studies showed a significant association between the risk of COPD and RA (OR=1.77, 95%CI 1.60 to 1.97, I 2 = 71.8%, P =0.000; OR=1.43, 95%CI 1.17 to 1.75, I 2 = 20.0%, P =0.028), whereas the meta-analysis of cross-sectional studies suggested a slightly significant link between the risk of COPD and RA ( Table 2 ).
Normalized by tissue size, post-treatment biopsies showed a trend of increased TLS/mm2 via mIF (pre: 0.09 TLS/mm2; post: 0.27 TLS/mm2; Figure 2F ); this trend was confirmed on H&E slides from patients Pt2_R, and Pt3_NR, but not Pt1_R as reviewed by a pathologist (PS) ( Figures 2G, H , Supplementary Figure S9C ).
IL-5, though not significant, was highly trending towards significance ( Figure 2A and Tables 3A, B ).
Our results fall in accordance with previous reports that the number of macrophages showed an increasing trend after irradiation ( 6 , 33 , 37 , 40 ).
This trend was disrupted at 6 weeks, with both the number and proportion of IMs in the radiation group showing a decreasing trend.
Compared to sham-LPS rats, there was a decreasing trend in IL-10 expression in CBDL-LPS rats, but without significant difference.
In contrast, PFS showed a nonsignificant trend toward poorer outcomes in patients with ≥20% of infusions after 16:30 in the unmatched cohort (median PFS: 5.0 months, 95% CI: 4.5–9.4) compared to those with <20% (median PFS: 9.4 months, 95% CI: 7.9–10.7) (HR: 1.62, 95% CI: 1.00–2.62, p = 0.052, Figure 5 ).
In the subgroup of patients receiving first-line ICI plus chemotherapy, later ICI infusion showed a trend toward poorer PFS, but this did not reach statistical significance, potentially due to the relatively small sample size of this subgroup.
a positive trendgold
Additionally, the T-helper (TH) cell population displayed a positive trend, indicating successful activation.
Patients who participated in pre-habilitation showed a trend toward either improving their frailty status or maintaining their fit condition before transplantation.
Four modules were found to have a highly significant correlation with the basal/squamous subtype (yellow module: r = − 0.44; grey module: r = − 0.42; black module: r = 0.51; turquoise module: r = 0.54) ( Supplementary Figure S2E ).
a clear trendgold
Because the reported number of HA20 patients with CNS symptom is small, it is difficult to determine a clear trend.
In total, six modules were identified, with almost every module showing a highly significant correlation with clinical pathological features.
The IVIG group showed a trend toward better Barthel Index scores without statistical significance.
Notably, the same study revealed an increase in B lymphocytes, but statistical analysis was marginally non-significant ( 139 ).
Subsequently, the average number of citations showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing, with the total number of citations peaking in 2018, reflecting a very active year in the field.
a strong trendgold
With regard to a potential effect of PD-1 blockade on the CXCR3/CXCL9 axis, we found that macrophages from tumors of GPR55 KO mice expressed significantly more CXCL9 than those from tumors of their WT counterparts, while noticing a strong trend in the same direction for monocytes ( Figure 6F ).
Both neutrophils and protein leakage showed a trend suggesting increased inflammation with the loss of B cells ( Figures 6D, E ).
Our findings revealed a consistent correlation between the RSC group with the steep Trendelenburg position and lung epithelium injury, with higher sRAGE levels in the RSC group on the postoperative day (POD, P=0.007 for POD 1 and P=0.077 for POD 3 [marginal significance]; Table 5 ).

fumigatus , there was a clear trend toward the inhibition of IL-1β during IAPA.
Moreover, along with the increasing degree of fibrosis, disrupted architecture, aberrant hepatocyte regeneration, increased extracellular constituents, and vascular changes of liver parenchyma would cause a decreased number of normally functioning hepatocytes, a decreasing trend in Oatps level and an increasing trend in Mrps level with disturbed transporting system ( 28 – 30 ).
Although other cytokines including GM-CSF, IL-12 (p40), IL-2, and IL-17 showed an increasing trend in HFD-fed siglec-E KO mice compared to the WT mice, the increase was non-significant ( Figure 6A ).
