The high vinegar intake group showed a trend toward longer PFS: the median PFS was 492 days in patients consuming ≥0.05 g compared with 151 days in those consuming less (P = 0.093) ( Figure 7 ).
The significant difference in CD4+ T cell CCR5 density was lost when CCR5 genotype-matched subgroups were compared; however, a weak trend was maintained ( P =0.093, Supplementary Table 4 ).
Results Tumor stage did not differ significantly (P = 0.173), while metastasis stage approached significance (P = 0.093), with a higher proportion of M0 cases in the PD-L1 low group.
S vs DNS ( Figure 2 ) small differences were seen for the SIRS and sepsis S and DNS groups, some of which approached significance/were significant (highlighted in bold); SIRS Day1 [lymphocytes (p = 0.0931), CRP (p = 0.1286)], Day2 (white blood cells (p = 0.0885), neutrophils (p = 0.1206) and basophils (p = 0.033) and Day5 (white blood cells (p = 0.0599), neutrophils (p = 0.0879) and lymphocytes (p = 0.1803).
This increase in average AUC value is significant compared with the immunogenicity score ( p = 0.0135) and a strong trend toward significance is observed when compared to the 7-allele method ( p = 0.0938).
Moreover, the secretion of granzyme B by CD8 + T cells was significantly increased ( P = 0.006, Figure 4E ) and that of IFN-γ showed an increasing trend ( P = 0.094, Figure 4F ) after stimulation of the anti-CD3/CD28, in response to the suppression of PTEN.
There was a slight trend toward increased NK cell degranulation when MDMs were exposed to UV-irradiated virus compared with uninfected (NT) controls ( P = 0.094, Figure 7 B).
On the other hand, expression of CXCR3 and CCR4 showed a trend towards a decrease in Exp-allo Tr1 cells compared to T conv cells (CXCR3 60.3% ± 25.51 vs 86.30% ± 7.7, p=0.0940 ; CCR4 60.3% ± 9.7 vs 93.2% ± 5.2, p=0.0759 ).
Quantifying microglia by this classification scheme we found in the cingulum bundle age-related increases in density that approached significance for both amoeboid [ F (1, 11) = 3.36, R 2 = 0.234, p = 0.0941] and hypertrophic [ F (1, 11) = 2.63, R 2 = 0.193, p = 0.1330] microglia ( Figures 6D,E ).
The frequency of NK cells showed a decreasing trend (mean (MPN) = 8% vs mean (HC) = 14%; p = 0.095) in MPN patients, but no differences were observed in the frequencies of T cells, B cells, CD3 + /CD56 + cells, or T cell subsets ( Supplemental Figure 4B ).
In pairwise comparisons, the separation between RA-ILD and RA-non-ILD groups showed a trend toward significance but did not reach the conventional threshold (R2 = 0.062, P = 0.095).
Contrary to extrafollicular area, a clear trend (p=0.0952) towards increased levels, both as frequency or normalized counts, of IFN-α2 hi cells in SLE compared to control follicles was found ( Figure 1F , Supplementary Figure S2B ), further supporting our transcriptomic findings.
AD risk showed no significant correlations, although a negative trend was observed with PDW (rg [SE] =-0.088 [0.053]; p=0.096), in line with previous epidemiological reports.
By contrast, here we did not detect any significant genetic correlations between platelet parameters and AD risk ( Table 1B ), although PDW variability showed a trend of significance (rg [SE] = -0.088 [0.053]; p=0.096).
