Likewise, CD8 + T cells from EBV + HIV + patients showed a decreasing trend for multifunctionality (IFN- γ+ /IL-2 + ) in comparison with those of healthy individuals ( p = 0.064; data not shown).

rhamnosus GG combined with SCF intervention almost reached significance for the E / T of 100 ( p = 0.064) compared to baseline in females but not in males (Figure 4 B).

These findings were further validated across multiple independent cohorts: the Lauss 2017 CAR-T therapy cohort showed a trend toward improved PFS (P = 0.064), while the Cho 2020 (anti-PD-1/PD-L1, PFS, P = 0.021), IMvigor210 2018 (anti-PD-L1, OS, P = 0.0051), and Nathanson 2017 (anti-CTLA-4, OS, P = 0.04) cohorts consistently confirmed that high SLFN11 expression is associated with favorable prognosis in immunotherapy settings ( Figure 4B ).

In EOMG, T-bet expression in CD11c + B cells showed a positive trend with disease duration (r = 0.54, p = 0.064), suggesting that T-bet expression may gradually increase as disease progresses ( Figure 7B ).

These time-dependent increases were significant for End1 (p=0.0277) and Vk2 (p=0.0044) and showed a trend for Ect1 (p=0.0642).

The CD4+ T h cells had a decreasing trend in the GK rats (~2.5-fold), compared to Wistar rats (p=0.0649, Mann-Whitney test, Figure 1C ).

When we compared the relative abundances of bacteria at genera level, we found that Mycoplasma (from Mollicutes class) displayed the principal shift, although slightly non-significant ( P = 0.065).

VDR and RANK statistically significantly differed between the two groups in terms of the intensity scores ( p -value <0.05), and VDR showed a trend-level difference in terms of the extent scores ( p -value = 0.065) ( Tables 5 , 6 ).

The difference in the ratio of ERα: ERβ mRNA between the control and SLE T cell samples approached significance ( p = 0.065), even though the ratio was less than unity for all samples in both groups.

In the gray matter, TNFα was elevated in VS PWH (p<0.05), and an increasing trend was present in nVS PWH (p=0.066; Figure 2F ), indicating widespread production of TNFα within the frontal cortex of the brain from PWH.

Monocytes also showed a trend toward a sex effect (p = 0.0666), with females tending to exhibit higher counts than males at 24 hpi (p = 0.1346) ( Supplementary Figure 4E ).

Moreover, the increase of T cell inflamed score upon EGFR-TKI treatment and longer TTP exhibited a correlation with a trend toward significance ( p = 0.067 , Figure 1F ).

IL-1β levels showed a trend for correlation with MOM feed (p-value=0.067) ( Figure 3C ), while it did not associate with GA ( Figure 3D ).

This contribution was significant for S2 ( p = 0.013) and almost significant for RBD ( p = 0.067) and S1S2 ( p = 0.052).

Intermediate monocytes showed a trend toward a positive association with the maximum ILT thickness (r P = 0.32, p = 0.067) ( Figure 3D ).

Using a cell-based assay we depicted a reduced neutralization capacity in the Ofa group compared to HC against wild type (WT, p=0.0220), Delta with borderline significance (p=0.0677) and Omicron (p=0.0208) variants ( Figures 3A–C ).

However, Neflamapimod treatment led to significantly reduced cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) levels compared to placebo, particularly in T-tau [difference (95% CI): -18.8 (-35.8, -1.8); P=0.031] and p-tau181 [-2.0 (-3.6, -0.5); P=0.012], with a suggestive trend for neurogranin [-21.0 (-43.6, 1.6); P=0.068].

Although lower HLA-F expression showed a trend toward better OS, this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.068) ( Figure 7F ).

Regarding immune cells, the density of CD8 + T cells tended to be lower cancer tissues than in paracancerous tissues, with borderline significance ( Figure 2E , P = 0.069).

However, there was a trend toward significance for KIR2DL2 inhibitory receptor in relapse patients (13 relapse patients out of 16 are positive for KIR2DL2) when compared to non-relapse group ( p = 0.069) with a hazard ratio of 3.2 (95% CI: 0.91–11.26) (Table S3 in Supplementary Material).
