Compared to IVIG, GTX showed a reduction in all-cause mortality, which was borderline significant (p=0.06).

Subsequently, a strong trend suggestive of increased CD8+ T TD frequencies was observed only in PuPs compared to SN individuals ( p = 0.0603) ( Figure 4A ).

While no significant difference in NRM and recurrence were observed between two groups, optimal AUC group showed a trend toward better 2-year OS (75.7% vs. 57.8%, P = 0.061) ( 19 ).

FFS also showed a trend associated with a GC dose ≤ 4 mg/day (p=0.061). 3.7.

Here, the examination showed a trend towards higher levels of TNF-α in WT+ONA serum (222.38 ± 33.90%) compared to the WT group (100.00 ± 25.74%; p=0.061).

Among four immune-related gene modules, GM4 activity was a risk factor for OS with a marginal significance in both two datasets ( GSE32062 : HR = 1.36, 95% CI 0.99-1.88, P = 0.061; TCGA: HR = 1.39, 95% CI 0.97-1.98, P = 0.074; Figures 2A, B ).

The Group effect (healthy, RA) was borderline significant (p=0.061) when all available covariates were included into the model ( Supplementary Table 3 ) and the results did not change when the analysis was narrowed down to the patient group ( Supplementary Table 4 ).

In the study of Daikeler and colleagues, younger age was also reported to have a trend to be a risk factor for sAD with just missing significance (p = .062) ( 5 ).

Our analysis demonstrated a significant relationship between Hispanic ethnicity and higher antibody titers over time at nearly every time point of interest, including infection where the analysis approached significance ( p = 0.0624).

The frequency of classical (CD14 + ) monocytes showed a trend to decrease ( p = 0.0625) during the first 20 weeks after vaccination, while the frequency of non-classical monocytes, which are involved in T-cell stimulation and inflammatory cytokine release ( 38 ), showed a trend ( p = 0.0625) to increase over the same period of time.

However, a peak in cell numbers was identified at two years of age when levels reached a significantly higher frequency than those seen at 12 weeks after birth ( p = 0.0313), one year ( p = 0.0313), and almost reached significance at three years of age ( p = 0.0625) as animals matured.

At week 24, subjects randomized to abatacept showed a trend toward improvement in mRSS (−8.6 p = 0.0625).

We also observed the p-value approaching significance (p=0.063) for the anti-Siglec-7 blocking of the sEV 1.5NHEK interaction; as well as (a non-significant) trend for anti-Siglec-2 blokade.

Borderline significance was observed in GSE22154 (p=0.063) and GSE53118 (p=0.085).

Homozygosity for the high-producer allele of rs978458 ( IGF1 ) was associated with reduced risk of grade III–IV aGvHD in a univariate model with borderline significance (3.0% for the AA vs. 10.8% for the GG/GA genotype, P = 0.063).

IL-6 levels were significantly elevated compared to controls in all groups, except for the methotrexate-treated group, where the increase was near significance ( p = 0.063).

Statistically significant differences were observed between the youngest and oldest groups (P = 0.002), while differences between the middle-aged and oldest groups approached significance (P = 0.063).

At the same time, the SNV rate of ASXL1 varied among three CPS groups with marginal significance, with the PD-L1-M group not exhibiting SNV of ASXL1 (p=0.063) ( Figure 6B ).

The six PSC lines included in the analysis varied in their susceptibility to IL-2-activated NK cells ( P = 0.0010, ANOVA), but to resting NK cells only with borderline significance ( P = 0.0634, ANOVA).

With the use of median value as cutoff, patients with kyn/trp ratio > 0.06 had a higher risk to develop an early progression (within 3 months) to nivolumab with a trend toward significance ( p = 0.064 at multivariate analysis).
