Both transferred OT-I and endogenous OVA-specific T cells showed a trend of more robust expansion in the Y320E-SCT group following the secondary antigen encounter, with endogenous OVA-specific T cells expanding significantly faster in the Y320E-SCT group ( Figure 4B ).

The expression of CLCNKB showed a trend of first decreasing, then increasing and finally decreasing again ( Figures 12I ).

During the 12-month follow-up of induction therapy, NLR and PLR showed a decreasing trend.

In contrast, the network meta-analysis showed a trend toward PFS benefit for amiva-lazer-chemo but did not reach statistical significance, potentially due to limited sample sizes in both analyses.

Figure 8D displayed highly significant differences among three subtypes (“P”<0.0001).

The mutation rate of KMT2D exhibited a decreasing trend from Subgroup 1 to 3 to 2, while the remaining genes displayed no statistically significant differences.

CD4 + T-cell proportions showed an increasing trend in women within the analysis time points whereas proportions were declining in men, resulting in significantly higher CD4 + T-cell proportions in women at T5 ( Figure 2D ).

Collectively, these findings indicate that TREX1, NOX4, and RRM2 may be significant contributors to the progression of prostate cancer; however, their precise roles and potential therapeutic implications warrant further investigation.

The PARP inhibitor ABT-888 (Veliparib) showed a trend toward increased activity, with case reports and early-phase studies suggesting that tumors harboring homologous recombination repair deficiencies, particularly BRCA2 alterations, may be more susceptible; however, evidence in prostate cancer remains limited ( 31 ).

Analysis of the r-Pearson correlation for the determined level of specific IgA class antibodies in the sera of healthy children indicates an increasing trend in antibody titres with the child’s age ( Table 4 ).

Eta, but not cer or tocilizumab (toc, a humanized IgG1 against human IL-6R), also showed a strong trend of enhancing the expression of SIRPG in blasting CD4+ and CD8+ T cells ( Figures 2B, C , and S2C ).
