Although IL-2 therapy resulted in highly significant increases in CD4 counts, clinical endpoints were not improved and therapy had many side effects and was never pursued for clinical use ( 197 ).
Excerpts
Consistent with our recent study showing that a selective S1PR1 modulator RP101075, a metabolite of ozanimod, led to improved flow velocity following arteriole thrombosis induced by laser-irradiation ( 13 ), the present study has demonstrated that the addition of ozanimod to subthrombolytic dose of tPA results in a highly significant improvement of flow velocity at least until 90 min after treatment.
As Figure 2A shown, the RNA expression from all samples clearly shows two different distributed clusters, from RIF patients and fertile control respectively, suggesting that there may be significant differences between RIF patients and the fertile controls in terms of RNA expression level and biological function.
Like IFN-γ, TNF-α showed a trend to decrease at 60 dpi, 100 dpi and 250 dpi.
MHC-II pathway-related genes ( HLA-DRB1 , HLA-DQA2 , HLA-DQA1 , HLA-DPB1 , IFI30 , CTSS ) showed a decreasing trend in antigen-presenting cells (APCs), whereas MHC-I pathway-related genes ( B2M , CD74 , HSPA6 , HSPA1B , HSPA1A ) displayed the opposite tendency ( Figures 3C, D ).
Compared with healthy controls, the frequency of Bregs in T2D patients showed a decreasing trend (1.78 ± 0.61), but no significant difference was found between the T2D and other two groups.( P =0.06 compared to T1D, P =0.48 compared to controls, respectively).
Among inflammatory factors, mRNA levels of IL-6 were upregulated in mild COPD samples only ( Supplementary Figure S1B ) and ICAM-1 mRNAs showed a trend towards upregulated expression in mild and severe COPD tissue samples, as compared to no-COPD controls ( Supplementary Figure S1C ).
RNA-interference based silencing works primarily in the cytosolic region and even with only 37.5% suppression of LASI lncRNA levels, we observed a highly significant reduction in CSE-induced MUC5AC, ICAM-1, and IL-6 expression.
In our study, the overall amounts of SPM showed a trend toward decrease in CF samples ( Figure 1B ), while the pro-inflammatory mediators (LTB4, PGE2, TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1A) had the opposite trend (increase in CF) ( Supplementary Figure 3 ).
CiteSpace and VOSviewer bibliometric analysis showed a significant trend in this area.
23.6%, P =0.05) was marginally significant to predict the development of RRP.
IL-5 showed an increasing trend in PT compared to SCT.
A highly significant linkage signal (LOD score peak of 72) for ex vivo IL-1β production limited a 4 Mbp interval to chromosome 7.
In contrast, our transcriptomic data showed a trend of lower S100A9/A8 expression in CD14 + HLA DR lo M-MDSC isolated 5 months after the first detection of CoV2 ( Supplementary Table 2 ).
a slight trendgold
While TLR2 and TLR4 were expressed similarly between SLE patients and healthy controls, a slight trend towards higher levels of expression was observed in cells from active SLE patients (data not shown).
Although there was an increasing trend for the expression of TIGIT in CD8 + T cells, the difference was not significant ( Figures 3A, B ).
a clear trendgold
Overall, there was a clear trend towards CCND1 amplification promoting an immunosuppressive microenvironment.
markedly significantqualified
This association remained markedly significant in the multivariate Cox model in the training and validation cohorts ( Table 2 ).
However, unlike the previously reported effects of other Btk inhibitors on autoantibody production, this study using NZBW/F1 mice did not demonstrate significant inhibition of total immunoglobulins and autoantibodies, though a decreasing trend in IgG anti-dsDNA levels were noted following BTKB66 treatment.
The study reported that BCG revaccination failed to protect HCWs from SARS-CoV-2 infection, severe COVID-19, hospitalization, and respiratory tract infections (RTIs), on the contrary, resulting in an unexpected trend toward more symptomatic and severe RTIs.
In the FES group, the most highly significant correlation came from a classical monocytic gene Ribonuclease A Family Member 2 ( RNASE2 ), which was downregulated in FES patients compared to HCs (Log2FC = -0.41, FDR = 0.003, Supplementary Table 2 ) and was inversely correlated with the lateral occipital cortical thickness ( Figure 5B ).
This increase was significant in the nonavalent cohort (3.01 95%CI 1.347-6.60) and almost significant in the bivalent cohort (2.15 95%CI 0.98-4.71) ( Figure 4A ).
The LGALS9 expression level was significantly correlated with HPV16 or HPV18 infection of cervical cells and showed a trend towards improved survival of patients ( 44 , 45 ).
In addition, we found an interesting trend shown in Figure S1 , which indicates the presence of two “subpopulations” in the HD group (the cut-off 1,000 BAU/ml).
An increasing trend of IL-37 research officially started in 2001.
