The three diagnostic methods using hysteroscopy, including DHB (group 1), OHPR (group 2), and OHCR (group 3), showed a trend of less accuracy than D&C (group 4).

However, we still included pedicled PMMC flaps in the treatment algorithm as a first-line option since we have good experiences using this flap in other cancer cases, the number of patients is low and the literature does not show a clear trend towards or against pedicled versus free flaps.

Due to the low number of RIP MSI mutated samples, this difference between MLH1 proficient and deficient tumors, although highly significant, needs to be validated in further studies.
