Even though anti-PD-1 therapy as a single agent showed a strong trend toward delaying tumor growth regardless of the anatomic site of the tumor ( Supplementary Figure S5A ), the combination of anti-PD-1 with either CBL0137 HAI or 5FU HAI did not improve survival compared to anti-PD-1 alone in the CT26 model ( Figure 7 A).
We present additional correlative relationships using IHC staining intensity to rank breast/colon tumors based on Ki67 grade and TMN_M/TMN_N/TMN_T values that proved to be not quite significant but trends in that direction ( Supplemental Figure S2A –C).
At present, there is an increasing trend in the medical field toward the integration of computer-aided diagnostic tools and virtual reality technologies. 3D imaging techniques are widely used in various fields, particularly in radiology.
In the assessment of OS5 in DLBCL patients, our study found that, while the established clinical parameter IPI, along with some of its constituents (stage and WHO), emerged as the sole statistically significant prognostic factor, there was a notable trend towards significance for FDG PET/CT-defined tumor burden parameters.
Exploratory subgroup analysis showed a trend favoring FLA-VIDA in all investigated subgroups ( Figure 2 ).
Quantification revealed that TRPC1 expression was highest in grade 3 tumors and lowest in normal tissue, showing a clear trend of increasing TRPC1 expression with advancing cancer grades ( Figure 1 B).
Significant associations have been observed in Asian populations [ 10 ] and borderline significance has been observed for Caucasian [ 11 ] populations, while there have been no significant findings among African populations [ 10 , 11 ].
We found a marginally significant increased risk of biochemical relapse in patients with medium-length alleles compared with patients that had short-/long-length alleles (HR = 2.01, 95% CI = 0.93–4.30, p = 0.074, Figure 3 C(i)).
However, there was a highly significant increase in the expression of HLA-G in bladder cancer cases with metastatic prostate infiltration [ 20 ].
All tested patients demonstrated highly significant correlations between ferritin at the 15th month of treatment or after therapy discontinuation and transfusion-related parameters.
This marginal difference validates that IG-DE and CR-DE performed in almost significant ways in competition.
When the clinical features of these four similarity network communities were analyzed, an interesting trend was observed in OS.
In short, a decreasing trend of VIM was noted in higher grades, stages, and Types compared with lower-rated tumours.
Although there was insufficient data to establish statistical significance, a clear trend of beneficial high PLEC expression can be seen in Figure 19 . 4.
Contrary to that, the expression of VIM decreased in different stages and grades of ovarian tumours compared to normal ovaries ( Figure 14 a,b), compared to IHC data in our in-house samples, which showed an increasing trend in different stages and grades of tumours compared to benign ovaries ( Figure 5 c). 3.5.
Similarly, a small number of high-VIM cases fell into the grade 1 Silverberg–Shimizu group, with a possible trend towards lower expression in grades 2 and 3, but the differences are not strong enough for significance.
However, the current research shows that there has been an increasing trend in the use of contraceptives from less than approximately 10% to more than 50% of the population in several developing countries, and the risk rates are constantly growing in Asia and in the Middle East [ 115 ].

The first achievement presents a highly significant improvement in the prediction performance of DeepSurv, DeepHit, Nnet-survival, and Cox-Time deep learning models.
This information was not recorded in the same way across the two cohorts (see methods), but a clear difference was apparent.
