Age >66 years (HR: 1.46; 95% CI: 0.98–2.18; p = 0.061) and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score of 2 (HR: 4.0; 95% CI: 0.95–16.84; p = 0.059) showed a trend towards an association with shorter PFS but did not reach statistical significance.
