Furthermore, out of the suggested loci found to be promising candidates for the antidepressant response in clinical applications after validation 34 , multiple SNPs at ABCB1, BDNF, CYP2C19, SLC6A2, CYP2D6 , and HTR2A showed a trend for influencing antidepressant response at a nominal significance in our study ( P < 0.05) (Table S17 ).
