A series of subsequent key studies, such as the ALFA-0701 Phase III trial, demonstrated that fractionated lower doses (3 mg/m 2 on days 1, 4, and 7) of GO combined with chemotherapy significantly improved event-free survival, reducing the risk by 34%, and showed a trend towards OS benefit compared to chemotherapy alone in newly diagnosed CD33-positive AML patients [ 112 ].
The absolute values for ORR, DCR, median PFS and median OS showed a trend toward a more favorable performance in patients with high LAG-3 expression (cutoff ≥1% vs < 1%). 77 It would be interesting to perform similar analyses as in our study on a cohort which underwent anti-PD-1/anti-LAG-3 combination treatment as in the RELATIVITY-020 trial.
For patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery (three trials), the PVB group showed a trend toward a lower incidence of nausea and vomiting, reaching the threshold of statistical significance (OR = 0.50; 95% CI [0.25, 1.01]; P = 0.05). 3.4.3 Urinary retention A total of 11 studies ( 11 , 15 , 16 , 21 , 24 , 32 , 33 , 36 , 37 , 40 , 43 ) reported the incidence of postoperative urinary retention, comprising 405 patients in the PVB group and 397 patients in the TEA group.
Unlike bacteria, fungal communities showed a trend of reduced network complexity (fewer nodes and edges) in the simulated grazing area and generally lower mean degree, modularity index and mean clustering coefficient than in the control area, whereas the mean path lengths increased, suggesting that the fungal community network was looser and less stable.
Mfn1 overexpression and Mff knockdown, both of which produced markedly over-elongated axonal mitochondria, resulted in increased mitochondrial Ca 2+ uptake following stimulation compared to both disease and control groups, whereas Mfn2 overexpression, which caused only slight elongation, showed a trend toward increased Ca 2+ uptake, although the difference was not statistically significant.
In addition, given that this is an observational retrospective study, there is risk for immortal time bias though our landmark analysis helped demonstrate similar patterns in median OS and showed a trend toward differences in TOT by race/ethnicity among patients who experienced irAEs.
