Interestingly, we found that upon direct treatment with astrocyte-CM, Syn-Homer synapses showed a trend toward increasing locally synthesized Rpl26 when compared to synaptosomes co-incubated with anisomycin ( Figures 6B i,ii , p = 0.09).
In the ZSHS cohort, high TAMs infiltration showed a trend toward worse OS in p53 Abn patients ( figure 2A,B , p53 Abn : median OS: 40 vs 90 months, log-rank p=0.090), while no such association was observed in the p53 WT subgroup.
