Younger participants showed a trend-level preference for pictures in the ‘Space’ ( F (1,183) = 6.7, p = 0.011) category. ‘Liking’ ratings for ‘HAI’ and ‘HTD’ categories A repeated measures ANCOVA yielded a significant main effect of category ( F (1,183) = 7.4, p = 0.007) and interactions between category and age ( F (1,183) = 12.5, p = 0.001), category and diagnosis ( F (1,183) = 15.2, p < 0.001), and category and gender ( F (1,183) = 19.4, p < 0.001; Figs 2B , 3B and 4B ).

Type II collagen also showed a trend toward increased expression with passage on TC plastic ( p = 0.0116 at Atm O 2 , p = 0.0075 at Low O 2 ) with no significant trend on E-SCM.

Interestingly, other microtubule inhibitors (e.g., eribulin, vinorelbine) also showed a trend toward better TNT in ERBB2 -altered breast cancer; vinorelbine, in particular, reached statistical significance (HR = 0.62, 95% CI: 0.43–0.91; p = 0.013) (Table 2 ), although further research is needed [ 32 , 33 ].
