HADS-anxiety improved with a higher frequency of VIG training (VIG × 3 days/week–VIG × 1 day/week, Cohen’s d = −1.16, p = 0.01), whereas it only showed a trend of improvement with a higher frequency of MOD training (MOD × 3 days/week–MOD × 1 day/week, Cohen’s d = −0.70, p = 0.06).
Patients with preoperative symptomatic myasthenia and those who had an extended resection of multiple organs showed a trend toward a higher incidence of Clavien–Dindo IVa complications ( p = 0.060 and p = 0.065, respectively) even though non-significant.
Several proinflammatory cytokines, such as Il1β, Il1α, Tnfα, Cd86, IL6, and Trem2, were significantly upregulated by SE, but no changes were induced by the CQ treatment except for Il6 and Trem2 , which showed a trend to increase ( p = .06) in CQ compared to VHC treatment (Table S1 ).
In a study of 964 STEMI patients ( 7 ), adverse LV remodeling group showed a trend toward longer symptom-onset-to-balloon time than non-LV remodeling group (182 vs. 165 min, p=0.06), which was consistent with the present study (ischemic time ≥3 vs. <3 hours).
Notably, GGT showed a trend favoring SGLT2i with a borderline p-value ( P = 0.06 in the anti-diabetic drug subgroup), while FBG reduction lacked statistical significance.
Patients who experienced PNP showed a trend toward a higher need for RF touch-up compared to the counterpart ( p = 0.06).
Statistical analysis showed a trend toward increased somnolence in the BR group ( p = 0.06), though this did not reach statistical significance.
Although the resistance model showed a trend toward worse PFS (HR = 2.3, P = 0.06), significance was not reached.
Results In multivariable models adjusted for age, height, body mass index (BMI), pack-years of smoking, current smoking and race, Alu hypomethylation was associated with lower forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV 1 ) (β=28 ml per 1% change in Alu methylation, p=0.017) and showed a trend towards association with a lower forced vital capacity (FVC) (β=27 ml, p=0.06) and lower FEV 1 /FVC (β=0.3%, p=0.058).
The gut microbiota composition showed a trend of relative separation ( p = 0.06) for Beta diversity between the control and AFB 1 groups (PCo1 contribution of 27.80%, PCo2 contribution of 22.80%; Figure 5 B).
Being under the care of resident/fellow physicians showed a trend towards an increased likelihood of delayed diagnosis (adjusted OR 2.25, 95% CI 0.98–5.15; P = 0.06) when compared to staff physicians (Table 4 ).
WASO also showed a trend toward statistical significance, with a difference in mean change of -9.82 minutes (95% CI, -20.05 to 0.40 minutes; p =0.060).

In patients aged over 70, the predictive ability of the FIB‐3 index for 5‐year OS showed a trend toward superiority ( p = 0.06), whereas the predictive performance for RFS was nearly identical between the two indices (Figure 5B,F ).
The changes in p-S6 and p-mTOR with treatment were not statistically significant upon IHC, but pS6 showed a trend toward an increase in p-S6 ( P = 0.06; Supplementary Fig. 9).
Overall, receipt of any adjuvant therapy versus no adjuvant therapy ( n = 298) showed a trend toward improved outcomes for RFS (HR 0.79, 95% CI 0.62-1.0, P = 0.06) and DRFS (HR 0.78, 95% CI 0.61-1.004, P = 0.06), and statistically significant improvement in OS (HR 0.71, 95% CI 0.54-0.93, P = 0.01).
Notably, PMS supplementation led to a significant reduction in serum COR levels ( p < 0.05) and showed a trend towards decreasing serum NE levels ( p = 0.06). 3.3.
Minimum serum phosphate did correlate with DBP ( r = 0.48, p = 0.017) but showed a trend towards an inverse correlation with free 25-hydroxy vitamin D ( r = − 0.39, p = 0.060) and less so with bioavailable 25(di-OH) D ( r = − 0.32, p = 0.124) (Supplementary Figure 1 ).
In the poor BCVA group at age 5 in the stage 4A eyes, dominant eyes showed a trend of BCVA improvement by ages 5–8 ( p = 0.06).
Palmitate-treated cells (dark columns) showed a trend toward an increase in H 2 O 2 release with all substrates (2-way ANOVA, FA*Inhibitor interaction, p = 0.06).
The subgroup of larger studies (>50 patients) also showed a trend towards laparoscopic surgery in terms of recurrence rate (OR, 0.37; 95% CI, 0.14 to 1.02; P = 0.06) but significant heterogeneity remained (χ 2 , 32.37; P < 0.001).
Diazepam-treated HAB mice showed a trend to a reduction in the number of vocalizing animals compared to vehicle-treated HAB mice ( χ 2 = 3.55, p = 0.06; Figure 3 A), with the number of emitted sonic calls significantly decreased ( U = 31.5, p < 0.05; Figure 3 B).
In this line, TnnC mRNA showed a trend towards lower levels in the EF group in comparison to both C1 ( p = 0.06) and AF ( p = 0.05)-fed fish.
The relative abundance of serine protease showed a trend toward a lower level in IBS compared to HC ( p = 0.06).
