Although all large HFpEF trials addressing renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) inhibitors failed to reach statistical significance for the primary outcome, many of them reached borderline significance for a primary endpoint or statistical significance for secondary endpoints, subgroups or post-hoc analyses [ 3 – 5 , 7 , 45 , 46 ].
A subgroup analysis of seizure recurrence in patients with a calcified lesion reached borderline significance with a pooled CIR of 1.79 CI: (1.00; 3.20) thus favoring 24 months treatment versus 6 months treatment in this particular subgroup ( Fig 7 ).
In the analysis of genetic susceptibility to CRS of any grade, the distribution of PRS for monocyte count (p=0.063), white blood cell count (p=0.081), interleukin (IL)-6RA levels (p=0.080), and IL-8 levels (p=0.099) reached borderline significance in those who experienced CRS as compared with those who did not.
Our study confirms the findings in the latter study, as high uPAR expression only for the sub-group of well differentiated tumors was associated negatively with OS in the univariate analysis and reached borderline significance in the multivariate analysis.
In the luteal phase the levels reached borderline significance with a p-value of 0.07 but no changes were seen after tamoxifen therapy, Figure 2 . miRNA-193b, -203, -451, and -452 were unaltered in breast cancers but in normal breast tissue miRNA-193b and miRNA-203 exhibited significantly decreased levels in postmenopausal breast tissue and increased levels in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle suggesting that hormone exposure may affect their levels, Figure 3 .
At the level of species within orders, however, we found a negative relationship that reached borderline significance: species from smaller orders tended to have a higher mean research effort than species from larger orders (Spearman rho between the number of species per order and the average number of publications per species within each order = −0.354, p = 0.055, Figure 2b ).
